Location is good (walking distance to Beijing Road) but room was not cleaned (found hairs in bathroom, table with food stain, etc).

Hotel was great ....location and service wise..There was free coffee, tea and lemonade. Hotel was great rooftop and amenities. Breakfast options are many. Different places to move about and converse , exercise do laundry. In all 5 star.

Can't emphasize enough about the location of the hotel. Very well connected to the metro and mall in Beijing Lu area. Love the accessibility to all the happening places.

This is a nice place for stay.The location is really good.The atmosphere is quiet peaceful cause near a park with the police.We go to check in at the hotel lately night its can be safe.All around in this area has a lot of shops and it’s not far from Beijing lu.Finally.,the staff’re very helpful,they’re also call taxi to the airport for us.We advises the hotel,you‘ll find everything comfortable here.we hopes that this place is my first choice to stay when we travels to Guangzhou next time.By the way,we’re surpirsed too much about the cleaning of bathroom toilet and the bed in each day.so we are impressed and satisfied.

Good services and facilities, you could use washing machine for your own clothes, good services mind staff, unlimited snack and drink at lobby, room is cozy

Value for money but buffet breakfast can be further improved. Food and drinks variety are less and taste below average. Presentations of food especially after 9am was poor and most of them were cool and not topped up.

We have stay here for 5days. The hotel location is so good. Near to metro. Easy to call Didi. Newly renovated. Breakfast good enuf.

They generously upgraded my room for free and allowed me to check in at 8 AM, which truly made my trip! The room was immaculate, showcasing the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and comfort. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city. A special shout-out to the morning shift reception staff! The young gentleman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and professional, making check-in a breeze. His warm demeanor and helpful recommendations truly enhanced my experience. Overall, Insail Hotel exceeded all my expectations. If you’re looking for a welcoming atmosphere and top-notch service in Guangzhou, look no further! I can’t wait to return! Cleanliness & services all good . Breakfast spread not much but is fine for the price paid . Easy access to anywhere with mrt station nearby .

Thank you to Miss Xiao Feng for being so helping and friendly. A very smiley young lady and thank you for the upgrade. Only feel that the toilet is small. Overall experience was great. Slept so well during my stay here. About 12mins walk to Beijing Lu.

The front desk check in was rather slow. The bedroom was acceptance. Quite a walking distance from Beijing road but manageble. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is very clean and spacious. Counter staff, xiao feng was very helpful.. location is slightly off from crowded area. But very peaceful n quiet.
