We had a good experience at the Hilton hotel. I was traveling with my family and my toddlers really enjoyed the parent-child room. The room was spacious. This is one of the features that stand out for me. The breakfast offered a variety of options; a combination of Chinese and Western food. We loved it.

Nice hotel in a quiet area in Science City in Guangzhou. My favorite was the soothing sound of rain at night and the birds chirping in the morning. Had a very good sleep. You should also try the hot tubs in the swimming pool area outdoors.

I booked this place for my parents to stay while visiting and things went well at first but then they had two issues: first the ac turned off and they wouldn't turn it on again even though it was stuffy and gross in the room. Second issue is that they charged my parents for a buffet breakfast but didn't tell them that it wasn't the included breakfast until after they had sat down and started to eat. My parents don't speak Chinese and the staff should have confirmed with them to make sure they are in the right place instead of charging them. They made the refund, but it's still crazy that it happened in the first place.

It's your average Hilton, a bit old, but overall very nice. The room was really big and it had a big balcony (a chair or table on the balcony would have been appreciated). The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast, the freshly made chinese food was ok, below average in taste, and all the baked goods were at least one day old, very very dry. The gym was also very good and well equipped, the swimming pool is closed at evenings but it looked very nice. The room was extremely clean and the front desk accepted all my extra requests (extend check-out, more beauty product, etc)

I recently stayed at Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, I highly recommend this Hilton for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The stay was pleasant. The district where the hotel is located is not very good in the sense that there are no shopping malls around or anything. However the hotel provides all the amenities so we stayed in the hotel during our entire 3 days stay.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Guangzhou Science City. The service was impeccable and I highly recommend the great value for money at the Executive Lounge and the excellent service and attention to detail received from Yvonne, Carmen, Alaia! They were all so very friendly and attentive to our needs during our stay. Thank you very much indeed, ladies!

At check in show my booking email told me my booking wasn’t paid ask me to pay again higher price I paid went to the room only one bed I booked two beds went down again tbey found my booking won’t refund my payment said will settle at check out. I refused finally they did. Bad service I am a Hilton Honor member will complain when I get home. Won’t come back to this location.

This hotel is great if you are attending an event at AISG Science Park Campus. The service from the front desk and the room cleaning was excellent. Breakfast had great options, and the dining service was attentive and pleasant. If not for the awful weather, it would have been a perfect stay.
