Very old hotel, lack of maintenance. As for quality of staying, it’s very poor experience. However, I have to admit that is a very convenient location to anywhere if your main travel tool = subways. Many good foods around the area too.

very friendly staff working at the reception especially the manager Liu who is there for all questions. Big respect for Liu. The rooms are very nice and clean. and of course the robots that are the hit of the hotel😅♥️

Highly recommend!! Room: very clean. Chose non-smoking room and it was perfect. Drinking water: plentiful. They were 4 bottles provided in the room and more in front of the elevator. Bathroom: the shower was amazing. Very clean and the mirror is big. Location: 10/10 very close to Gangding station and walkable to Shipaiqiao station. Has 3+ shopping mall nearby. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. I was amazed that for an entire night i didn’t hear any disturbance sound(cuz i didn’t expect much peace cuz the hotel is located in the middle of crowded area) Ps. Shoutout to Ellie & Jarvis. They were really helpful. Even went outside the hotel and communicated with didi’s driver for me. 5/5 to the hotel 5/5 to the staffs

Hotel has been renovated and clean. Always been my go-to hotel when I visit Guangzhou. Service top notch with a particular shout-out to Huang Ting Ting (黄婷婷) and 刘经理 for their hospitality and great service.

Excellent 5-star service from Ting Ting and Cindy at the reception. They are both very patient and willing to help out.

Lovely experience in this place located quite in a good area of the city. Next to a lovely river. Really recommend!

President Hotel is nearby to shopping malls and Gangding metro station, just 3min walk away. There is even a 24hr Mcdonalds beside the hotel for those who want to have a quick bite at odd hours. Great location.

Very nice place to stay at for a few nights. It's located at the heart of Guangzhou where metro and malls are just nearby. Room is clean and spacious. Customer service is also top notched

1. Service : Really the best services ever for my whole Guangzhou trip since the staffs all really nice especially Helen小覃 🥹 She helped me for my lost parcel and get it back for me. We having this trip in the mid-autumn and hotel provide us mooncake 🥮 too 2. Environment: Really convenient because walking distance only 2mins from the railway station and the shop nearby very easy to access such as restaurant, beverage or convenient store 3. Cleanliness: The room is really big and clean even after the room services the hotel will put it back for us anything that we have used. This hotel really in AI mode too because they will send our ordered take-out meal by using the robot 😍 For total 100/100 for tis hotel experience

The variety and the taste of the breakfast to star a day is very good. The toilet with TOTO washlet is very good and comfortable. Near the hotel, there are may different kind of eating outlet. Anyhow, Guahgzhou is the best place in China I like most.The subway station is within walking distance and very near.
