The apartment is located a short walk from the subway station. On this line, Canton Tower is only a few stops away and it has many transfer stations. There are lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the direct area. The apartment is clean, comes with a bathroom with shower, small kitchenette with kettle, fridge and tv. The bed is comfortable Perfect for spending a few days in Guangzhou

Location, service, utilities, cleanness, and view to outside is excellent. High value accommodation to price.

Owner is nice and friendly. Bath Towels are clean.

Many cockroaches in da room Cleaned 2 weeks myself, it’s okay but to do it with the towel not really convenient

Great location . Close to the south railway station. Very clean and quaint . Self check in , the land lady was very helpful. Great eating places around. There’s a water park right across if you’re looking something fun to do . The place was beautiful. It’s a plus that they can host foreigners. Suitable for couples or solo travelers .

Nice and clean, no smell, lots of amenities, microwave, washing machine, stove. Easy to get to the metro, lots of food restaurants and stores in the area. Easy to get to the railway station. Although no one speaks English and it took a little bit of headache to check in.

Good stay

I usually don’t bother with reviewing my stays, but this one was so bad I feel compelled to warn people. First off, the address on their listing is NOT where you have to go to check in. That got my stay off on the wrong foot. The first two pictures are what I thought I booked. The 3rd and 4th are what they gave me. I’m a 60 year old single guy, and this room looked perfectly decorated for 10 year olds. When I voiced my concern to management I was told I should be happy because the room is big and has a washer. I’m not sure I ever stayed in a room with so many roach traps. Trip got management to agree to let me change rooms the next day, but this was so much harder than it had to be! After lugging my bags around and going to three different buildiings, I was finally shown a room closer to the one I wanted. I feel bad for the lady in the occupied unit they tried to give me first. Shouldn’t they know which rooms have people in them? So I won’t be staying there again.

係地鐵站出嚟行左10-15分鐘左右就到啦，樓下有好多餐廳，唔同類型，附近仲有萬達廣場同天河城去行下街都唔錯

環境很不錯👍乾淨整潔，住的很舒適，停車方便，周邊好多美食小吃，房東服務很好，入住體驗感非常不錯，下次再來

乾淨，方便，安靜，性價比挺不錯👍去歡樂谷也很方便。

每次來A3開會學習就住在小葉子這裏，離A3很近，基本下來就是公寓了，附近也很多吃的，很方便我們來這出差的

房東把每個細節都裝飾的很到位，房間空間非常大，寬敞又明亮，設施非常齊全，衞生乾淨整齊，環境優雅舒適，服務熱情細緻，大家玩的很開心。
