Location is fantastic, great ceiling to floor windows and view but the condition of the unit is quite shocking at first. Very different from pictures. Shower in toilet has a low ceiling and the ceiling is mouldy. The cleaning is fine but toilet feels small and dirty because of stained marks. We tried to use the mall toilet as much as possible except for showering. Shower glass is plastic and has many watermarks. The main door frame looks unstable and it makes one wonder if it can withstand any force. It is a big place for this price but has to manage expectations if you are looking at pictures only.

Amazing view , clean apartment , friendly staff , very central

Located just next to Greenview Planet Mall.. This hotel is super convenient with few shopping malls a stone throw away. Check in was a bit troublesome but that's ok. The apartment is old but quite well kept. Do note that this is not a hotel and hence does not have a Hotel Lobby.

Grate location , room are big , Perfect, recommended

The room was poorly maintained. The floor boards were loose, paint was peeling, and there were other damages.

Room was worn out in bad condition, even has some kinda pee smell. It was bad for me as i am travelling with kids and elderly parents. However reception allowed us to refund and check out early as i couldnt accept the condition of it. Location was good and price was good though.

Very good location, within walking distance to Guangzhou‘s most popular shopping mall

Housekeeping is great. All amenities were as listed including laundry detergent. Location is literally footsteps away from Grandview Mall which offers a lot. Also many nearby malls, restaurants, gym, you name it. Biggest thing for me is that I accidentally booked a day less than needed. They couldn’t get in touch with me and I was in Shenzhen. On the way back for checkout, (the next day) I found out. They cleared my whole room and safely placed all my belongings including my computer in the front office. They did not charge me extra and were still polite.

The location was good. Right in the center of shopping malls and restaurants. JW Marriott is just next door with Starbucks attached. The downside is that the shower heater doesn’t provide unlimited hot water and have to wait for a while for it to heat up.

the hotel is inside business building, there are many people to use the lift, really inconvenient

The whole place is rundown and have urine smell.We went in to put our luggages while the chambermaid is clearing the room and I went upstairs to use the bathroom and found used condom. We immediately changed to Ascott and got our refunds back. Worst place and dirtiest hotel!

i stay here for a week and do love a location!! next door from a Marriot hotel, you can walk to nearest metro like 5-10 mins.

good location, nice service, and two stories design is convenient especially for family.
