Very satisfied stay, clean and quiet hotel with all amenities you needed provided. There're also 2 washing machines and 1 dryer. Sumptuous breakfast 😋 convenient location with lots of shops n eateries around. Recommended place to stay and will like to go back again👍

Repeat stay in this hotel whenever back in Guangzhou. Chosen for the excellent and convenience location beside Shangxiajiu pedestrian street. Suitable for shopping and dining, walking distance to Yongqingfang and a few metro stops away from Beijing road pedestrian street.

Excellent location, extremely small rooms, I always prefer to stay at Lavander hotels but this particular hotel does not justify the standards to Lavande hotels in china ..

We stay 3 days,from day one notice their shower gel was not filled left 30 mm,along shampoo 50 mm,expect they would do it the next day.It was never till we leaves,so not sure they really does cleaning in the bath or not, doesn't need to be told as it's basic duty.My wife told me they just keep the bed only,as she still saw same tissues on the floor.Eventhough stated smoke free room,but I feel most rooms been smoke,only trying to make the room smells smoke free,but invain.The walkway to room actually allow smokers ,notice smokers puffing away happily few times.This place does not fit for those who is sick of smoke.

We couldn't get the nonsmoking room as requested due to late check-in. The room was full of smoking smelt.

Service is good. Staff is helpful. Entrance is shared with other business so it’s sometimes hard to use the lifts to get to the hotel.

I booked a non-smoking room and at checkin I was informed that all rooms are smoking. They did change my room to a less smelly one, but it was far from perfect. Also the doors seem to be horribly insulated, so you’ll hear every sound from the corridor

Super duper recommended to all. This hotel is very clean and nice. The front desk reception service is friendly and polite. The hotel staff also very helpful and friendly. The whole hotel is filled with lavender perfumes. The shampoo, conditioner and body shampoo also lavender series. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Just go down then reach the shopping area and food shop and stall are around.

This hotel location is located near a Mixue stall; the lift (6th floor) is in-between a jewelry shop and a snack stall...We stayed 9 nights. the beds were clean and comfortable. to us, the room was clean. The receptionists very friendly and helpful. First night, the A/C down; luckily the security officer immediately checked and technician came afterward within few minutes. The security officer managed to find replacement room. The next day, the WC clogged, but, maintenance fixed it when we out. The rest of the stay was fine. The buffet is decent Asian food, pretty delicious and always top up....but, not much variety. The Veges were fresh. Not noisy at night. We will stay here again if visit Guangzhou
