No complaints on Hilton Chains Hotel. Breakfast is good, and the hotel provides complimentary water and drink in reception counter for self pick up.

Thank you for front desk officer 👍 I left ny jacket on lobby’s sofa when go out dinner. The next day check with front desk & she return me with her smile. Date : 11/3/2023 at 8.40am. This hotel is safe & clean. Breakfast served with varieties of foods. Will come back again.

Hotel is very nice , I would say that the highlight is the breakfast that has western and Asian options. The room is very clean modern and spacious, the location is a bit far from downtown around 30 minutes drive but the room is very comfortable for a good rest.

We had a great stay and this is our 2nd time staying in this hotel. The front office staffs were really helpful and also Cristina from the restaurant is very nice.

I stayed here for 2 night in late Nov 2024. The location was 15 mins walk to 广州 Railway Station. The room was clean & the showering was good & the best thing was self-laundry which worthy us giving additional Credit. The breakfast was good. The pillows were soft & condusive to sleep.

I think it's one of the best hotel to stay in Guangzhou. It has modern facilities. You can check smart laundry on your tv back in your room, so you can check how long 'till you finish your laundry. The food or any kind of stuffs deliveries from outside the hotel will be sent to your room by the robot. Some things that needed to be improved probably there should be bidet sprays in the toilet. Some guests are not accustomed to clean with toilet paper only. The staffs are friendly, but they might need to practice their spoken English. The breakfast was excellent, I hope the menus will change everyday. Overall nice stays.

The location is quite close to the metro and railway station, around 15’ walk, but there’re not many food stalls open around the hotel. Other than that it has been a great stay! The room is clean and the service provided is awesome. They’ve upgraded my room immediately after knowing that the previous room assigned to me stained of cigarettes smell. On top of that self service laundry was great as well! Much appreciated the stay, will definitely book again if going to Guangzhou!
