Everything is good. It is a very nice room with terrace. I would like to live here when I come here again!

The breakfast is rather meager, the service is quite average, and there are no converter plugs available, unlike most other hotels.

Expensive, old and slow service but breakfast and view was great.

Nice cosy place to stay in Grindelwald. It has the best views of the mountains and easily accessible. Breakfast was catered and it very much satisfied our needs during our stay there! 👍🏻

This hotel is very near to train station, the room is big and clean ,around the hotel there is many shop around

Great location not too walk walking from train station. The room is big and clean. Can do some shopping along the road. Balcony view is great too. Will recommend to friends

I actually love the place as when I open the window, I can see the mountains view. It is gorgeous!

Service - We had 2days staying there, the front desk lady gave us the biggest double bed room type of this hotel, they are very friendly and always fulfilling our request (room slippers and fork and bowl) , much appreciated. 🙏 Breakfast - don’t have much options. Location - need to walk up to 10mins from Grindelwald station to the hotel. ( not recommended to those with heavy and big size luggage as there’s quite a-lot of upslope) Eat - there’s one Chinese restaurant right below this hotel, name : Jasmine Garden, had my two meals there, not bad

The hotel is great. Location is not far from the Train station. You need to walk around 5-8 mins to the hotel. It had a great view that you can see the mountain right in front of your balcony. The breakfast is normal and not a lot of choice.

Everything about this hotel was good and up to our expectations. The hotel staff were really friendly and accommodating without any doubt! They were helpful when we enquired about getting around Grindelwald. Highly recommended

Room have a balcony facing the mountain view. Room is big enough and bed is comfortable. Although hotel is only serve breakfast but they work with hotel next door that offer dinner to in-house guests. Good stay overall.
