A l’arrivée pas de réservation à mon nom ! Trip n’a soi-disant pas fait le nécessaire donc on ne saura pas de qui est la faute, une galère pour avoir une autre chambre de remplacement et surtout pas du tout équivalente à celle payée !
Un geste a été fais offrir les petits déjeuners…

Horrible hotel, badly kept, dirty and the breakfast room was a disgrace in terms of quality and availability of food. Personnel was scarce with respects to the hoarded of people in the hotel. The gardens are kept in disarray and the golf course and the tennis courts are in total disarray. The room

The Resident area isn't supposed to have the honer of 4 stars hotel- it's not an hotel. 1st, when we arrived, we couldn't find the right entrance. No reception at all near the residential area and no signs. After walking few miles to find reception and get the room key, we had to make our own beds. In the room their wasn't any complementary coffee and tea (nothing) and no soap in the shower. You can't make a call either because their isn't any phone to call from if you are a torist from a different country. After 22:00 thier isn't anyone to help you. No one clean or change your towels all those days you booked. The cuttel was burnt from the inside. I had to take it with me all the way to reception (few miles) and to ask to get another. I received only after I came again to ask what happened with the new one that was promised, on the day after. The service in the reception desk is very poor. I asked to have a call from the manager, but never received one. They left two bottles of soap near our door. I won't be recommending this place to any of my friends and family. They should take down the stars to only 2. It can't be called hotel. Hostel house perhaps.

Cleanliness of common areas specially dining room, and terrace. It was impossible to have breakfast outside because marauding quantities of wasps, not two or three which would be common, authentic hordes of wasps around you and your food. Some meals at the buffet were crowded aswell with wasps and other insects. The alternative to have breakfast outside was the dinning room which was impossibly hot. The room we were assigned was excessively public, was directly at the reception.

Room2011 stayed for 1 night business and leisure booked personally to avoid any problems with agencies and we had a great time with the staff very nice and comprehensive! Missed things in the room but reactiveness and execution on point! Congrats to reception staff! And will come again since improvements are noticeable and great!

Staf that doesn't speak english in a 4 start Hotel in 2024 is not acceptble, at resturant is not clear the availability of the table during the dinner and food quality is below expectation

Le All Inclusive a la française enfin ! petit déjeuner brunch 7h/13 h parfait Ou pique-nique du midi à emporter les boisons sont agréables aussi Chambre avec frigo et machine à café la plage est pas loin ni port Grimaud seul bémol piscine trop petite car elle est commune à l’hôtel et aux locations j’allais oublier le bar extérieur super 👍

All very good. Pool, food, cleanless, Kindness, location and organization. Very Smart people and very clean sector for the pool. Beach is just 5 minutes away and the beautiful village of Grimaud is just 10 minutes walking.

My husband and I would like to thank the staff of Sowell Hotel Saint Tropez, especially Laura and Emma ( from the reception dept ) for being so accommodating, attentive and for being so helpful. We are truly satisfied with the service, from the staff, rooms, and even with the breakfast spread and the lunch box that you can take wiith you for a picnic ( you can choose whatever you want to take from the buffet spread ). The room is spacious, the shower is functioning very well. The housekeeping staff is so attentive and friendly. The swimming pool is big and there are lots of reclining seats around it. If you take the semi or full pension, the drinks is free anytime of the day or night in the restaurant. I might miss to mention other good things from the hotel but what I and my husband could truly vouch for is that we had a tremendously happy and satisfied experience during our stay in Sowell Hotel Saint Tropez. If there is a small downside of our stay, it would only have to be the wifi service, which sometimes was intermitttent, but that's it! Thank you so very much and we will come back for sure! Mottier
