Hotel was fine the bed was clean the room was clean. The bed was comfortable plenty of parking easy access in and out if you want to clean room in a nice stay, and you’re just there to sleep no frills I recommend this place

Sympathie hotel with good bed and pillows - very quiet place if you need to sleep after a long day of travelling Commodities breakfast very appreciated Just regret that there is no laundry facilities in the hotel There is a small swimming pool to enjoy

Pleasantly surprised at how clean and nice this hotel was. I wasn't expecting much in this sleepy little town, but the room was large and clean, the free breakfast was great, and the family running the place was friendly and helpful. Perfect spot between Goblin Valley and Moab. Would definitely stay there again.

The best value I can say I've had. I've paid more at dingy motels, at the economical chain motels that have a number in their name, and this place was like an oasis compared to those thorny deserts. I wanted a clean and comfortable bed with fast wi-fi, received way more than I asked for. Never expected breakfast at the price that I had paid but they even had a nice full breakfast. Couldn't believe it, would stay again in a heartbeat.

My other favorite hotel in town was unfortunately booked, but America's Best Value and they aren't kidding. I mean, for real. What I received for the money paid was unprecedented in my 40+ years of traveling. Easily rivals any 3-star hotel which would no doubt charge me hundreds. I'm at under a hundred here and I have zippy wi-fi, a fridge and microwave that's clean and WORKS, friendly staff welcoming me, a pool and jacuzzi, AND a breakfast all included?! Give me a break. I'd be so much richer and my pockets would be fuller if only all hotels were like this one in terms of cost-effectiveness. I would definitely stay again.

This is the second motel we have stayed at in 8 days. It is also the second motel to have broken security locks on the door. The blanket was very thin, more like a throw for a Sunday afternoon nap. The towels are very thin, so thin that a wash cloth had a hole in it. The free breakfast was cereal, pancakes, and fruit. We found a very nice restaurant down the street for breakfast. I do not recommend this place.
