Bull Vital Suites & Spa Boutique Hotel - Only Adults

Wow. What a place. The best I’ve stayed in for a long time. Large, comfortable and well equipped rooms, with balconies overlooking the pool and out across the golf course towards the sea. The pools are great, the spa really well equipped and the gym adequate for all but total gym bunnies. It is adult only, so beautifully calm and quiet. The whole place is clean and well run with friendly staff. The breakfast is extensive and very high quality and you can get simple lunches from the pool bar that also offers ice cold beer as you watch the sunset. I highly recommend this place and will return.

Had an amazing time at an amazing hotel. Booked as part of a package and upon arrival was informed by the lovely reception staff that they had upgraded us to one of the newly refurbed golf view rooms. The room was amazing with a fantastic view of Maspolomas and private sun beds. The lovely staff kept the hotel immaculately clean, were always on hand to answer queries and couldn’t do enough to help. Went for a massage and used the spa which was also to the same very high standard. Will definitely be visiting this hotel again in the future!!

Great choice and price Dinner half board only thing that let it down. Served inthe Atlantico restaurant in a separate section at the back of this lovely restaurant and a very mediocre selection of uninspired dishes. Ate there a la carte on another evening and that was fab, totally different experience ! Rooms lovely and clean and chocolates left on pillow some days - nice touch. Shane water tea bags and coffee weren’t replenished once used Pool fantastic and spa lovely and staff friendly All in all would recommend !

Outdated hotel. Guests from the restaurant next to the hotel look straight into your bedroom and living room. The stairs to the restaurant are one meter from your bedroom window. No privacy at all. Construction work almost in the room. Nowhere to sit outside. The pictures say it all. Don’t take room number 220! You will be tucked away in a corner and have a horrible holiday! Above all - although there are other rooms free - they charge amounts to change the room. Very unpleasant staff only talk about the rules. If you like a spa wellness - be aware it is more like a pool to play with clothes on. All in one. Worst experience in a hotel ever. Totally unexpected.

Booked 10 nights at the Bull Vital Suites & Spo. Average price 245 EUR per night incl breakfast. Rather expensive for Playa Del Ingles but looked nice at the pictures. Friendly staff in general and room was ok even if a bit dated. Breakfast outdoor was really nice and staff gave you a good start every morning. The pool area was nice and the spa in the basement was ok, not more. You got one spa towel in your room to be used by the pool, in the spa including the different saunas, meaning you're sit naked and sweat on them. And here is when greed comes in. The hotel charge you 1 EUR extra for exchanging the spa towel. It's not the cost but at real spa hotels you get as many towels you want. It's really unhygienic not to get fresh towels after used them in the sauna for example. The only explanation from the staff and acting hotel management was "It's hotel policy and complain if you're not happy". This resulted in us not even cosidering the massage facilities at the hotel. We did not want to use oily towels after and of course not spending money in the restaurant or other facilities. Our experience of the hotel was good from the beginning but their greed turned it to a disappointment.

Let's start with the good things - the communication with the hotel even before arrival was relatively good, they responded to our inquiries regarding the room location request, but of course they kept giving an answer that they did not commit, but when we arrived, they made a note and gave us the location we wanted (in retrospect, we did not choose well - details below). There are many sun beds around the pool, the room is spacious and the location of the hotel is excellent. Now for the things that disappointed us - we asked for a room in the center facing the pool because of the view but we found that during the whole day there is a very, very strong sun on the balcony to such an extent that it is not possible to sit there all day, it's a shame they didn't put a beach umbrella or a pergola. There was no microwave in our room even though it was supposed to be (we didn't even bother to ask), during the first three days there were massive renovations in the hotel. At first the reception representative told us that it was something specific but it really wasn't, we saw that they had put scaffolding in the rooms next to it to renovate the balconies and also on the roof there was a large team working noisily with a drill and at the same time trucks arrived and unloaded sand into the garden. All this when the hotel was fully booked in one of the most requested weeks of the year. At the entrance to our room there were glasses from the room next door that were probably pushed out for the cleaner to take but they stayed there for 4 whole days. Even though we locked the room, the cleaner entered the room (locking it from the inside has no meaning...). One day the power went out in the gym and none of the hotel staff noticed at all (I went to the reception to inform them) and the hardest thing of all - at breakfast which is in the open bar by the pool there are a lot of pigeons that come and sit on the tables and the bar and the food stalls. Most of the food is enclosed in glass installations, but the surface of the bread and the heater and the drinks and the jams and many other things are exposed to the pigeons that come and sit on them and none of the staff does anything about it. Today there are many solutions for imitating ions even using electronic sound devices. Beyond the fact that it was disgusting, it is simply dangerous, a pigeon sitting on a surface of bread is diseases. Another thing, there is a nice bar by the pool but there is only one bartender/waiter so the waiting time to get a drink is around 25 minutes and the service is not very welcoming either. There are two large and beautiful pools but the water is really cold (it's a shame they don't heat it) and it will be really difficult for smokers. There are no smoking areas at all in the entire hotel except for standing in the strong sun next to a bin in the corner of the pool and restaurant area, unable to sit down and unable to put down a drink. It was possible to find a more suitable plac
