The hotel is located at a very convenient location, near to the shop and it is very comfortable with friendly and helpful frontdesk. Easy to checkin. Very delicious food too.

This place was genuinely amazing, so cute in göreme. Walking distance to everything. The staff have great English and we're incredibly helpful with anything I needed - such as organising tours, transfers, general recommendations. It has so many out side areas to sit with views and cushions Great for 📸s . Bed super comfy and so many options for breakfast

It was amazing stay. We went to celebrate our anniversary and we were so happy when we saw our room was decorated nicely by balloons and candles. Very clean and big room. And the best thing was breakfast really very nice breakfast we had. Overall everything was good. Nice service and staff were very friendly . I will definitely recommend to my friends.

Location is in the city but not convenience if you dont have any taxi to send you. You need to climb to hotel , i mean location very high but another things abt service and bfast very 👍 . Window from my room was not to save, if you get the room that people can walk pass and see you shower or do something in the room.

Everything about this place is 10/10. From the cleanliness to amenities and to service. My friends and I have enjoyed our stay here. We were able to enjoy a good 360 view of Goreme and Hot-air balloon watching on their roof deck. Definitely recommended!

The hotel is just 5 mins walk from the bus terminal, also nearby the town center. Extremely warm and helpful staff. Enjoyed a nice trip in Cappadocia!

Location is very good. In one of the cave in Gerome. Hosters are all very nice and show us around the room and all the facilities including the very nice terrace. They also can arrange all the tours. Our room is in one of the cave, real cave. It is clean and warm. We had good time over there. One of the problem is that they forget to clean my room even with clean room tag hanging for whole day and in the afternoon I walked to the frontdesk to specifically asking for the clean. But when we got back to room around 9, still not cleaned. I would say that clean room is the basic for any hotel.

初めての洞窟ホテル。とてもワクワクしました。フロントのスタッフはとても対応が良く親切にしてくれました。朝食も可愛い空間で食べられるので楽しかったです。近くのスーパーやレストランも近いのでアクセスもいい

算是比較滿意的酒店，地理位置超好，房間乾淨整齊，服務也很熱情，就是他家預訂的熱氣球和旅遊團都有的貴説是公司好，不過城裡有很多便宜的公司，比攜程預訂還便宜，當然要講英文
