Hotel was clean and tidy. staff also friendly. Hotel concept modern and bathroom space is comfortable to stay.

The hotel is situated near the town with modern interior design - bricks mansory design. But really they should improve their facilities. The towels and even the pillow provided are old and smelly. You can see lipstick and some yellow stains on the bed sheets and blanket.

Hotel is big and cozy. The bathroom is super big All the necessary things are provided (hair dryer, toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo, body wash)

Nothing much going on in the hotel area except the food court across. Tried walking to georgetown but its not pedestrian friendly, a bit dangerous. Overall, a mid stay experience.

Too noise the hotel just next to a busy road. Not suitable for people who need a quiet area to sleep.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. Unfortunately, I was involved in a transport accident and couldn’t make it to my reservation. Despite explaining the situation and providing evidence, the hotel refused to offer any refund or even a partial refund. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to accommodate such unforeseen circumstances was shocking. I understand policies are in place, but a little compassion and flexibility would have gone a long way. I won’t be booking here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone seeking understanding customer service.

The room is cozy but slightly smaller and no window, but the design and the room is very comfortable with a good size toilet.

it was a pleasant stay. Room is clean and comfortable . Will definitely suggest to friends.

Aircond so dusty , small room. No soundproof. Parking area only provide 3 car.

I've had a good stay there for in total 6 days. Clean and comfort place, walking distance to the hospital i went to. Unfortunately the cafe was closed during my stay. Hopefully it will be opened soon.

Hard to find parking. Limited parking space. However, hotel does provide a nice ambient cafe. Enjoyed my breakfast.
