Generally, the service was simple, and straight-forward. No highlight and no complaint either. The facilities were also direct. There was a water dispenser, which was thoughtful idea to have placed in an accessible area for anyone who would want to refill their bottles.

Staffs are very friendly and location is good, however it’s extremely NOISY! You never have a quiet moment not even at night, I was so restless as I constantly woke up by the cars on the street and my neighbour’s door, it feels like you are sleeping on the street :(

Nice & Convenient ! I like this hotel, suitable price, their staff are good in English. But know before you go when you arrive you must pay 24 RM for tax and 100 RM for deposit.

Federal Government Tourism Tax of RM10 per room per night and Local Government fee of RM2 per room per night. The Tax is collected when you book the room and passed to govt. This hotel have a good location, but about d cleanliness need improve abit cos I just saw my pillow got lipstick mark! Beside tat, aircond problem was no function/unsatisfactory!!!

That’s ridiculous! 1.no room cleaning 2. We had to take towels only at the reception 3.Instead of 10RM during check in we were asked 150+RM 4. Awful management 5. Dangerous place,I’ve got injury by the toilet’ door at the room! 6. No first aid kit!!!!

During your stay with us, we're unable to do a full room cleaning due to the water disruption during that time and the staff already mentioned it during the check-in process. Secondly, the payment we collected at the hotel is RM100 for the safety security deposit, and it is refundable during the check-out time, we also collected RM10 which is Penang Heritage tax / Local Government Tax RM2 per room per night. So you stayed with us for 5 nights, that's why the front office collected RM10 from you. Inform we do provide a first-aid kit at the hotel but unfortunately, the anti-septic cream that you requested from us we don't have, but we believe our staff bought the cream immediately and given to you. Since you're not satisfied with the stay, we kindly apologize for the situation you faced. We hope can provide you with a better and comfortable stay in the future.

The hotel location is good. Have a lot restaurant nearby, and also Near shopping mall and night market. The room is clean, and the prices is good.

The hotel due to it's location is very crowded. But, then due to this, it's so noisy with all the family guest with young children screaming around. The room itself looks ok but I face problem during my stay. The electricity went off due to one of their faulty socket and I was made to wait for almost an hour for the room change.

Room is like ads pic, facilities are in good conditions. Free drinking water provide on the floor, tv USB accepted. Refrigerator in room with this price I can't find in other penang hotels. Con - towels/bed sheet are not white anymore but no smelly

Unexpected payment when check-in for tourist tax. And deposite.. room without window is better, there always street noises and noise from corridor .

The room is reasonably clean, but there are water stain marks on the ceiling board. The location is very convenient. It's within walking distance to Komtar and lots of eating places.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel.. near to many attractions but can be a bit noisy as the location beside the main road
