The staff was lovely and location is excellent, you can walk between the airport and the terminal, just make sure you book the correct Radisson. The room service ordering system was a let down. It’s great to have the options on the QR code, but it didn’t allow to charge to the room (despite the note in the bedroom saying you can) and it didn’t accept AMEX, which the hotel does, so a bit contradictory. It also didn’t allow comments/customising the order, so in the end I had to order through the phone, which took a while as I don’t think it’s their “preferred” option. Hot water in the shower was erratic (pressure on and off) and the water in the bathroom sink took a long time to drain. Despite the inconveniences (which aren’t a big deal) I highly recommend the hotel.

Solid airport hotel. Lobby and public areas nice but rooms feel a little dated. Our aircon did not work, made it uncomfortably hot for a while

The flight was cancelled and I had to find a hotel at 2030 at night the room as clean and comfortable but the barthroom was full of small hairs whe food was nice but very expensive. Would stay again.

Comfortable room and good location for a quick run to airport, as I noticed, they didn’t clean the carpet properly at the room, there was lots of hairs and wasn’t clean.

Great location and only 5 minutes walk from airport. The receptionist is very helpful and allow me early check-in at 9:30 am. The bed is to my liking and I sleep very well. The breakfast buffet is delicious.
