Welcome to our charming apartment designed for your perfect Salento getaway. This cozy retreat offers a bright and spacious living room with a double sofa bed and an open-plan kitchen, a comfortable double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Step outside to enjoy the large, furnished outdoor area, ideal for unwinding after a day at the nearby Baia Verde beaches in Gallipoli. With washing machine, BBQ and TV, this cozy property provides everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
-Check-in: 16:00-20:30 at the agency
(It is not possible to check in after than 20:30)
-Check-out: 10:00 at the property

-Agency fees
°Excluded - Mandatory:
-Security deposit: 150eur will be collected only in cash at the check-in.
The security deposit will be returned at the check-out after the accommodation inspection, with release of the flat with washed dishes and stove top and rubbish outside in the appropriate bins unless a penalty of 50eur is applied upon check-out.
-City tax: to be paid upon arrival in cash, 7eur per person/per week
-Final cleaning:
°70eur for two-room apartment
-Flat rate for utility bills: 15eur/person
