I really like the modern design of this hotel. The lighting and artwork was exceptional. The room was comfy. My favorite hotel so far! The service and the onsen were amazing. The food was a but pricey for the quality though. Would prefer eating around the area

Hotel situated near ski gondola, room is big and comfy. Breakfast is good and the services are excellent! Felt very welcomed by the staff there. Really enjoyed my stay there.

Very good location for snowboarding. Able to walk to and from the slopes. Staff always happy to help either booking taxi or helping with more pillows. Only negatives are coffee at breakfast time could be better, more room in the ski lockers for our snowboards and more boot warmers and keep in mind Japanese beds and pillows….. nonetheless enjoyed our stay in Furano and highly recommend. Used the gym, the Onsen and laundry services and highly recommend.

Room was very small and view was ugly (roof and another building). However, despite being very small it was well equipped and recently furnished and I had a good sleep. Had dinner and breakfast in hotel. Food was good for both meals. Service in hotel is a bit fussy, they waste time telling you things you don’t want to know, but then when I had a small problem with my room it took ages to get it fixed.

We were just a short drive from the famous flower fields and several excellent wineries. The staff at the concierge desk were always eager to help us plan our day, offering insider tips on the best times to visit the attractions to avoid crowds. One of the standout features of Nozo Hotel is its onsen, a traditional Japanese hot spring bath. After a day of sightseeing, relaxing in the onsen with its stunning views of the natural surroundings was a perfect way to unwind. In summary, Nozo Hotel in Furano offers an exceptional experience. The stay at Nozo Hotel was very pleasant, with exceptionally pleasant staff who can speak English with native proficiency, ensuring a comfortable experience for English-speaking guests. However, the buffet is overpriced, and there is no à la carte option available, severely limiting dining choices for guests.
