Close to train station, especially enjoy breakfast buffet with good choices. It provides mix fruits juice , and vegetables juice .

The location it just less than 5 minute from Hakata station . It have Shinkansen line too . And if you wanna rent car for day trips or out of Fukuoka, it is very convenient too . The station come with few shopping malls connecting together and if you are not familiar you will get lost ! Haha but nothing to worry about it as long you follow the sign board , and food paradise eat whatever you like and craving for . Walking back in winter weather was amazing cool breeze! The hotel was quiet too , and you seldom will see anyone while in the hotel . Staff are friendly , attentive approachable. You can enjoy bath tub to release the tiredness when you have walk too too much after your sightseeing. To international airport it just 10 min by cab , around $1850 Yen , if you do not want to drag your luggage after your full full shopping. Happy staying 👍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Amazing team of staff. Super friendly and helpful. Proximity to the Hakata station makes it a top choice. Just slightly disappointed that you have to pay to use the gym.

Great location, and had a connected passage to the underground walkway to the main Hakata station. Though to my surprise the hotel charges 3300yen for the gym access. Hotel was also helpful to book an early taxi call for us for our super early checkout as our flight back was very early. Otherwise, great stay and appreciate the connectivity of this location!

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel with my husband as the hotel location is good, staff is polite and helpful. However, I’d like to point out that the hygiene level was not as good as expected this time. The room was not tidy up fully after the morning make up service.

We stayed at this hotel for a family vacation and, while the central location made exploring the city convenient, the overall experience was underwhelming. The rooms felt very dated, and the carpet had a strong, stale odor that was quite off-putting. It was clear that the hotel is in need of serious refurbishment. One positive aspect was the concierge service, particularly Ms. Takahashi, who was extremely helpful in securing a booking at an izakaya we had been hoping to visit. However, despite the good service, the condition of the rooms made our stay less enjoyable.

Hotel lobby is huge but room is small and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Overall was excellent!!

Excellent classic type hotel with top-notch polite and friendly service from the bell staff to reception. Hotel is situated in an ace location just a few minutes from Hakata Ekimae station, where shopping and food options abound. There is also a direct basement link from the sprawling underground train network to the hotel (look for exit P5 “Hotel Nikko Fukuoka”). Room was spacious for our family of 3,  with various amenities available and was clean and tidy. Overall it was an excellent experience for us. Thank you.

Service is very good. The staff is kindly with my children. We have rent a car and the bellman is kindly also.

I would like to thank the hotel staff who helped me with retrieving my mobile phone which slipped out of my back pocket and was left in the taxi. I think most places outside of Japan, I would have lost my phone. I have so much respect for the culture and beliefs of the Japanese people. The passenger that followed my taxi trip, the taxi driver and the hotel staff all made it possible for me to retrieve my phone and also will not take any token of gratitude that I wanted to pay. I really cannot express my gratitude enough. Thank you.

Hotel located near the Hakata station which easy to commute by bus/subway and jr train.  Staff was very nice and helpful (they also helped us to reserve restaurant.) all amenities are included in the room. Room was comfortable enough to hold 2 people.

Excellent hotel with high quality staff, room environment and decent utilities and bathroom consumerables.

Fantastic location and excellent service. Room is a little dated and needs sprucing up.
