Good hotel to stay in Fukuoka, location within short distance from station which has direct airport line. Many restaurant around. Breakfast is alacarte

Location was great, very close to eateries, close to subway and also train and bus station to outskirts of Fukuoka. Parco, muna, and other department store are also nearby. Room was OK, manageable for 2 with 2 large suitcases. TV channels are all in Japanese, but u don't watch TV on holiday anyway. Bathroom and amenities were great, they provide free amenities in the lobby. Lounge were nice, though only coffee is provided, but it's good to just sit and sip coffee. The view from my room was Ritz Carlton, so u feel like staying there.. 😝😝

We had the pleasure to stay at this hotel for couples of days. Our room was cozy and clean. The location is ideal just few mins walk to the shopping area.

Great Location and Service, But Laundry Facilities Need Improvement I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. However, the coin laundry facilities could use some improvement. The user manual was not very clear, and the machine size was quite small. Upgrading the laundry equipment and providing better instructions would definitely enhance the overall guest experience.

Nice and clean hotel. 3 minute walk from Tenjin station made traveling convenient. Room was smaller than expected. Construction noise outside was annoying in the morning.

Good location, Family Mart around the corner. Short walk from train station. Nice neighborhood. It's a bit noisy at night.

No information about parking on trip.com website and there's no space for short term stopping at hotel entrance. Suggest to put the map for designated parking lot on the website. Room is too small for 3 people. No packaged water but there's a Family Mart nearby. Location is good with many restaurants within walking distance.

Great location with plenty of shops and excellent restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is new, and the room size is adequate for a short stay. However, the hotel needs to improve the cleanliness of the towels, as they had a strong odor, prompting me to shower again.

Cleanliness 🫧 3.5/5 - our room was perfectly fine, although the carpet had a few questionable stains and the shower curtain in the bathroom had definitely seen better days.. but overall clean bed and towels- fine for one night stay for us Location 📍 5/5 - Super close to subway and train station in Tenjin area, only a few minutes walk away from lots of restaurants and shops! Service 🤝🏻 5/5 - it was self check in which was easy enough to manage but there were super friendly staff around to help! Amenities 🪥4/5 - Like many hotels in Japan there were a selection of free toiletries at reception, not that much choice- body towels, toothbrush, razor.. - Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom were pretty nice! Not much surface area in the bathroom but to be expected

The location is great. The suite we chose was spacious enough for three adults with large suitcases. Amenities can be picked up at the front desk. Breakfast was decent, and the staff was incredibly helpful.
