I stayed at the hotel for 1 night in the summer. Everything was great- room, location, service and amenities. However, I was very disappointed about the cleanliness of the breakfast. I got food poisoning in the same day that I had the breakfast and it's likely to be the main cause of my illness.

2nd time to stay in 2 years because loved their location, in the middle between Tenjin and Gion where lots of shopping and dining choices but not that crowded as in Hakata JR station.

Location, clean, room size is big compared to other. With public hot bath and guest laundry facilities & pantry.

The hotel staff are friendly. 5 mins walk to the subway station. The room is big and clean.

Initially, I had a positive impression of this small hotel. However, during my five-day stay, I discovered that the hotel's offerings were somewhat lacking. My plan was to spend three days at the Vista Fukuoka hotel, then venture to Yufuin for one day, and return to the same hotel for another two nights. I assumed that leaving our luggages at the hotel for only one night would not post any issues. To my surprise, they informed us that there would be a charge of 1000 yen per luggage per night. This policy was entirely unfamiliar to me, despite my years of visiting Japan. Furthermore, there was no shower cap and no complimentary bottled water provided in the room. This policy and experience has left me a bit disappointed. On a positive note, their buffet breakfast is good and the soup is yummy. Also, the location is convenient and the neighbourhood is quiet.

Very good location, service and environment. Perfect money for value option. The only thing that may consider is the room size for two could be a little bit small, though I have no complaints on that, but could be a consideration for some one who has big size and many luggage.

Stay for 2 nights here. Overall it’s great. Breakfast was good too.

My first trip to the Fukuoka. Location was quite good. In case you wanna hit any stores for snack or alcohol you name it. You can reach any stores in 5mins. The park next to it was such a good place to feel breeze of the fall in Fukuoka. Even though the room wasn't that spacious, tideness DID make up for it. Never got annoyed during 2days of stay. If you ask me if I'm planning to stay here once again, I say Yes instantly
