They dont provide slippers Breakfast choices are great but they only have 2 types. So if you are there for a week dont get the breakfast for the entire stays I ask for 1 hour extension of check out they dont allow Pillows are too thin that I requested another Room is too small that i cant fit my luggages! Hahah

The hotel location is extremely convenient which it just takes about 1-min walk to Nakasu-Kawabata station. I like the vibes of the hotel, chill and relaxing. The breakfast set is presented attractively and mouth watering. I enjoy my stay in this hotel.

Good location near to subway station exit. Variety of choices of amenities at lobby and good service. The toilet lighting could be brighter though.

At arrival, the front desk staff wasnt polite or welcoming at all. This is not normal for Japanese hotel. But other Japanese staffs are friendly. Check in process wasn't friendly or easy at all, you have to do a mobile check on your own even you had arrived at the hotel. They bacially make you do their job. The Double room is quiet small, there is no table in room nor cupboard. Lights are too dim for face make up. Drainage is bad also, both bath and sink are clogged up. Takes 10 minutes to drain bathing water. My toilet was flooded after bathe. And had to change for another room, which is much smaller, where has no table/stool at all. However, hotel location is good, 2 subway stops from the central and is on the airport subway line. Girls' bars are 1 minute away from here hotel and there are lots of them I that stretch Overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel. There are many more better hotel at the spot.

Lighting at room was a bit too dark, washing basin was outside the bathroom so you have to go out to wash you hands after using toilet, afterall, good location and staff are friendly.

Nice vibes, especially at the lobby and lounge area that comes with free coffee & free drinks in the evening(1hour) Hotel room is small. Location is conveniently located near Tenjin area and train station, I enjoyed my stay here very much.

Decent hotel in a great location, walking distance to eateries and the lively canal city. Room is small and cleanliness is so so. Free beer at happy hour, didn't get to try the breakfast as we need to catch an early flight. Convenient for early morning flight as it's right next to the train station to Hakata airport.

The hotel is very conveniently located next to a subway exit with many food options around, ranging from izakayas to japanese fast food chains ans on the same street as Ichiran’s HQ. The hotel was very clean and spacious with a direct arrangement to ship luggage to Hakata station. It is about 10 mins away from Fukuoka’s main sites. Breakfast exquisite and nice. W

Not big enough for 2 pax. No options for room temperature. Great location though. And nice bar.

Nice trip, Convenient geographical location, I will come it again.
