" This is the typical review we get with the room you were in which is our budget room near the front like most places on a main road - we are an older style apartment but are renovated and are continually upgrading as a small family business does - please note we do have a laundry on site, we do offer free off street secure parking , showers are new environmental friendly style , the curtains are new and are fitted correctly by professional installers- we have a variety of larger more spacious apartments well away from the road and did offer you up grades to larger apartments for a little extra but you did not want to pay the difference ? you paid $85 for a motel room and just for another $15 you could have had a 1 bedroom apartment with Kitchen, dining, separate bedroom and lounge area who's the scrooge ! I am sorry we did not satisfy you - we will keep trying to make things better
