Great location easy access to tram and not far from the fair. The rooms are very clean and staff are friendly.

The location is very good, tram is just right infront of the hotel. It ‘s also safe area and easy to commute to the city centre.

＜ Good＞ There were two beds sufficient for a family of four (a sofa bed and a large double bed). The accommodation had cookware and an induction stove for preparing simple meals, like breakfast or dinner with eggs, sausages, etc Next to the reception, there were cups and glass bottles with lids, along with a water dispenser for drinking water. ＜Not Good＞ Next to the reception, there were cups and glass bottles with lids, along with a water dispenser for drinking water. 조리용 팬이 오래되어 코팅이 벗겨져 교체 필요(그냥 썼음)

The check in process was kind of long, considering no other guest is queuing. The receptionist staff was not professional, no smile, no welcoming. However i heard from my other colleague told us that the morning she check in with a lady receptionist that is very warming and helpful, even have one packet of coffee beans for room to make coffee (not accor platinum or gold member), so when we request from the guy again, and told us that we are all not entitled and need to purchase. So as a guest, we felt different treatment from different staff. The room is ok, clean, but middle of evening with burnt smell from the air conditioning, complained to reception, came in to check, after that the smell gradually gone away after 2-3 hours. overall stay was decent with tram just in front the hotel. Nearby to the frankfurt exhibition hall.

This is a ridiculous hotel. Room is very small . I agreed to stay the first night. Get refund for the other nights. And move to a different hotel. The hotel simply said they cannot offer a refund. Had to pay for new hotel and didn’t get refunded for the other nights.

Good locafion, a bit dusty and the drains were a bit clogged. Otherwise a comfortable stay

This is convenient location. Our room is Small kitchen + 2 bed rooms. Please remember to bring your own personal hygiene products. All drinks kind ( e.g. coffee, tea…etc.) need to prepared by self.

到這邊開展會，乾淨舒服，房間非常大，可以自己做飯，走過去展館衹需要5分鐘，每天都能休息得非常好，附近的超市也不遠，樓下就是車站，坐三站就可以吃到中餐，這邊治安會比火車站好很多，而且夠安靜。展會頭三天房價比較貴，前後也還可以接受，最重要可以做飯，自己做中餐也沒問題！下次還會訂這裏
