Holiday Inn Frankfurt Airport, an IHG Hotel anmeldelser

We arrive train station around 11, Taxi driver don’t like to drive us to hotel from train station, charge 20euro! It’s not easy for traveller taking bus or train after a long day, better have shuttle bus. Can walk to T2, about 15mins.

i arrived at hotel late and I encountered problems, I  forgot my credit card at home and I don’t have enough cash to pay the city tax and deposit. The nice guy in the reception named ANGELOS MEMELLI, beautiful name :) helped me to get checked in and paid city tax for me in this difficult time. Thanks a lot and the hotel is honered with such a good staff!

It is my third time to be here. Shuttle bus service and brilliant food.

Nice and clean hotel not too far off from airport. Subway station is around a 5min walk from the hotel, which leads to airport (1 stop away) or city centre (a few stops after). Amenities in the room is very decent. However, felt that the front desk staffs on the day we checked in were not the friendliest or unclear with some queries we have. Felt slightly disappointing considering it’s under an IHG hotel. Other than that, a pleasant stay.

Close to the airport, but it takes almost 10min with luggage. Better to call a taxi with 10eur

Stayed for a short layover to catch an early morning flight. It was nice and clean, but the room took sometime to cool down even in the depth of winter.

The experience was ok; breakfast that cost 23 euros was not worth the cost as the coffee was terrible and the only healthy option was Greek yogurt and fruit and boiled eggs.

Stayed for one night. The location is within walking distance to the MRT station. The room was clean, but the bathroom was too big—was it designed for 3-5 people to use at the same time? It felt like wasted space.

The hair dryer is not working and waited for the serviceman to come (within 25min) Waited 30min and call and nobody pickup. Rushing for breakfast and going to airport. Don’t have time to wait for the servicemen and in the end never dry the long hair.  Hope that the hotel can keep the airport shuttle bus service for coming years. I dont mind to pay a bit more for it.

I think it’s good and suitable for business trip. Convenient is the most important. And of course quiet room could brings me good relax.

No drinking water(amenity) in the room. You should buy it. It's a bit long distance to take a walk to the airport with big luggage but the shuttle to airport does not run from 11:40 to 16:05. When you take a taxi, Taxi driver asks special cost because he thinks that it is too close to drive to go with TAXI.

The mini gym is really mini with only 1 treadmill, 1 rowing machine, 1 cross trainer and a multi function weight trainer Ask for room make up from the room team at the corridor was rejected and asked me to talk to reception …. Crazy …. Room have not ac turn on … no blower no nothing… room abit stuff and dusty especially curtains

Good hotel located close to the airport about 15 min walk. Had my flight cancelled and had to wait for 10h. It was a good option to relax. Service attentive. Only thing is that I had to wait about 45 min for them to receive the reservation arranged on spot through trip app. Gave us water and ice cream while waiting. Bathroom is clean. Bed pretty good also. Would go back for an emergency again.

The room was really warm and the A/C didn’t function properly, when we informed the reception they just said that there are some problems with the A/C in some room and they didn’t accept to change our room to a room with A/C, they said that they can only offer a fan, which we refused for health issues. There is no Room service, we had to go down to the lobby to order some water. A very bad overall experience, wouldn’t recommend.
