The location is the best in the town. Just 100 meters away from market.

Great location. But the room are very old and definitely need a refurbishment. Service is great and so is the food.

You get what you pay for, perfect location, comfortable bed, no noises at night, helpful staff.

Great location and cleanliness. Fort William is a small town so the hotel is basically accessible to everything in town within 10mins. It’s very close to bus and train stations too.

This was quite a dated hotel although located right in the centre of the town with free parking facilities. However, the hotel room was really dated although the toilet seems to have been recently updated but was really small. The price of the room was also pricey as compared with the state of the rooms. The hotel exterior although fit in with the theme but the sign had one letter that dropped out. Overall, I think the hotel is too dated and pricey.

酒店位置不錯，位於市中心，離威廉堡遺址衹隔一條馬路，邊上就有超市，緊鄰商業街，購物吃飯都挺方便的。周邊景點不遠，遊玩方便。

房間位置還算不錯，但是整個酒店的設施非常陳舊，缺乏維護。房間一直有油煙味道，廁所也小。總體來説按我的標準是不推薦的。小鎮吃飯也是個大問題，僅有的幾個被推薦的飯店必須預訂，若想在飯店吃飯必須長排隊，最後衹能fish and chips了事，但是土豆條還是沒有炸透。

房間還可以，但沒有暖氣，沒有熱水，白天跑一天一身汗，無法洗澡，差評。酒店地理位置優越，旁邊教堂，風景漂亮。這次出遊兩個酒店都以鍋爐跳閘不提供熱水，太low了，整個酒店一晚不提供熱水可以節省很多

此行住過最差的一家酒店，衞生間暖氣是壞的，室內温度低，床小、被子薄。

牆紙開裂，設施老舊，窗户漏風…服務員很熱情。水龍頭很奇特…

酒店位置不錯，吃飯不行三五分鐘就能到幾家不錯的餐館。設施實在是比較陳舊了。衞生狀況一般吧。

酒店位置較好，靠近超市和步行街商業區，早餐也不錯，老外的旅行園團較多，房間實施比較老了，但維護的還行

酒店有停車場，位置不靠湖，景觀不是特色，旅遊大巴不少，接待能力還行，房間老舊些，也還過得去，選擇看價格吧
