My husband and I are fortunate enough to have traveled the world. In doing so, we have experienced many fine lodgings from hotels to Airbnbs to B&Bs. The 303 B&B is a masterwork -- it is the best one we have experienced in decades of traveling? Why? No amenity is overlooked. These innkeepers have thought of everything. The decor is fun, colorful, eclectic, modern. Each room has a color theme and different layout. Ours was the green room with access to a double-wide second-story open air porch. The downstairs is the dining room with a billiards table and small but well-appointed gym is located just off this space. The upstairs family room is gorgeous and stocked with board and card games as well as a type of air-hockey and craps table. Coffee is ready by 7:15 am and breakfast is graciously served at 8 am. They have even provided a washer/dryer with supplies and have places for ski boots and other recreational equipment. It is super convenient to the Lowell Observatory, dining and the ancient cliff dwellings of Walnut Canyon National Monument. Parking is a breeze with room for all guests. If you book, you will not want to leave.

Kim was an excellent host and I will say, this BnB is a model for all to follow. Impeccable cleanliness and quality of rooms, facilities, good location and breakfast. We arrived late on first night--no problem. Laundery facilities we able to catch up on our tired road trip wardrobe. Game room, small gym...really a four room hotel. Can't say enough...

303BnB is a true gem of a find. Kim our host is wonderful, our Silver Room and the whole home is up to date, comfortable, spacious and spotless. Big porches and a fun game room! We had breakfast 3 days and all were delicious...her Eggs Benedict is awesome!

Such a great experience start to finish. The friendly owners have thought of every convenience a traveler wishes for and supplies it. Clean, close to town, quiet and comfortable. Enjoyed the varied delicious breakfasts and the front porches. Looking forward to returning.

What a lovely place to stay. It's a beautiful BNB with every possible detail thought of. Loved the games room. We stayed two nights and the breakfast Kim made each morning was simply delicious. Nice quiet area of Flagstaff to stay away from any hustle and bustle but close enough to anything you may want to go to.

Ich bin sehr sparsam bei der Vergabe der Höchstpunktzahl und beim Benutzen von Wörtern wie „perfekt“. Aber in diesem Fall trifft das in allen Belangen zu. Dieses Bed and Breakfast, unweit des Zentrums von Flagstaff, hatte ich mir ausgesucht um zwei Nächte dort zu verbringen. Und ich muss sagen, ich habe mich sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Es erwartet einen ein sehr schön gestalteter Eingangsbereich der auch Frühstücksraum ist. Dann gibt es vier Gästezimmer, die jeweils farblich codiert sind. Ich hatte das violette Gästezimmer. Die Einrichtung äußerst geschmackvoll alles sehr sauber. Das Bett sehr bequem, die Dusche heiß genug, der Fernseher schon fast eine Nummer zu groß. Ich habe jedenfalls sehr gut geschlafen. Zudem gibt es noch einige Gemeinschafts Einrichtungen wie ein kleines Fitnessstudio und ein Game Room. Am ersten Morgen konnte ich nicht frühstücken, weil ich früh aufbrechen musste,Frühstück gibt es ab 8:00 Uhr. Die Besitzerin, Kim, hat mir dann ein togo Frühstück hergerichtet. Am zweiten Tag lernte ich dann Kim kennen und die Kunst, wie man ein Frühstück als guten Start in den Tag herrichten kann. Alles in allem habe ich mich unglaublich wohl gefühlt und ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, der sich im Flagstaff aufhält, diese Unterkunft zu wählen.
