Fantastic location. So easy to access all main spots. We are very happy that we chose this hotel. Advices for improvement: 1. put hairdryer for your guests. This would make the stay more comfortable. 2. Include coffee to your breakfast menu. Westerners love coffee in the mornings.

The hotel location was good with a more quieter environment , much more relaxing. The owner was sweet to give us a free upgrade of room and was very thoughtful with services and local snack - ginger sweet. And even offer to send us to high way station. Highly recommended for the hotel and the service👍🏻

This hotel is perfect as I thought before. Room is very clean. Breaskfast is delicious. Bed is so comfortable. Walking to the Hongciao bridge (Rainbow bridge - East gate) spends time about 10 minutes. Staff here are really nice and friendly. Nothing to complain.

A bit out of the buzz of activities but makes up by providing shuttle transport to main area. Room is a bit dated. Breakfast is meh.

Everyone was very nice, very close to the scenic area but not with all the crowds and accessible with the car! Very beautiful view, definitely recommended!

The hotel is nice. A bit far away from historical Fenghuang center, but you can easily reach by taxi. Breakfast is correct.

From our hotel to center by walk 15 minutes and we can offer our business car to pick you up there just need make an appointment 1-2 hours ago but in the center is too noisy and almost of the high end level hotels located nearby our hotel. Hotel was so excellent, clean, comfortable, good location. Staff so helpful, owner was so kind and she take care of my group as well. Breakfast was so good. Definitely I will stay at this hotel again.
