Great hotel , close to everything, front staff Marina and Custodio very helpful .They ate snacks asset to your organization.

The location was super close to the Sanctuario and the bus terminal. Very accommodating and very helpful staff. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast offers a selection of breads, cereals ,fruits and drinks. Will surely recommend it to my friends.

Very clean, bathroom was modern and clean, breakfast was good, a few more options would have been nice, overall great stay

Excelente ubicación y bellas instalaciones, además tienen oratorio 😍 el desayuno buffet muy variado y de buena calidad. También tienen bar/cafetería y una tienda de souvenirs, si eres cliente recibes el 10% de descuento y los precios están bien comparados con las de afuera. Habitación con balcón, muy amplia y cerquisima del Santuario pero sin que haya ruidos, está al lado de una plaza muy bonita con restaurantes y tiendas, de verdad la ubicación inmejorable. Si tuviera que quejarme de algo, me hospedé 3 noches y solo pusieron agua el primer día, cuando pedí me la cobraron algo costosa, normalmente el agua es cortesía, pero aquí no, tenerlo en cuenta. Hay nevera en la habitación. Yo me quedaría nuevamente, sobre todo por la ubicación y calidad del desayuno.

Pontos positivos a excelente localização e staff simpático, ponto negativo a piscina com demasiado cloro e ter de ser reservada a priori, apenas 1 hora por estadia.

O hotel e giro boa localização mas acho muito mal o facto de as 10h15 já estar a ser removido os itens do PA e também for necessário quase pedir com licença ao staff dos pequenos almoços para retirar um prato para colocar comida. Acho que existe muita frieza e falta de vontade. Ainda para mais pagar a tipologia dupla para cama de casal que era mais cara e ao fim ao cabo foi me entregue um twin... muitos reparos que acho que deveriam melhorar

As instalações, a localização e pequeno-almoço são optimos. Aconteceu algo desagradável, que no quarto ao lado de madrugada chegou um hospede embriagado, que estava hospedado no quarto imediatamente ao lado e querendo entrar no seu próprio quarto bateu com toda a força que tinha na porta, acordando todos os hospedes à sua volta de sobressalto e falando alto durante cerca de 2h. Isto fez com que entre as 3h e as 5h da manhã fosse completamente impossível dormir, acabando por estragar toda a restante noite de descanso. Quem estava na receção tentou ajudar, perante as chamadas a solicitar ajuda, no entanto, não resolveu nem evitou o sucedido...ofereceram um café como compensação, depois de termos acabado de tomar o pequeno almoço e que tínhamos pago para tal! Percebo que para o hotel não é fácil evitar estas situações, no entanto deviam ter-se mostrado mais compreensivos para com quem ficou sem dormir, por motivos completamente alheios!

A simpatia demonstrada pelos anfitriões é de salientar. Refeições em estilo buffet com bastante qualidade e variedade. Quartos confortáveis.

Staff muito simpatico. Jantar excelente. Pequeno almoço excelente.

Horrible front desk service. I paid for extra supplement for the room and they gave me a handicap room, there’s no makeup desk-mirror, tiny bed, on the exit, the light is dark, the bed light has no switch, I had to manually blend my back to turn off the power cords; I asked to switch the room; but the male front desk representative refused to provide any service. I’ve contacted the agency I booked to file a complaint. DO NOT book this hotel. If there’s zero star, that’s the review it should be.

Clean spaces and spacious Awful restaurant staff (one male staff member) who kept on throwing and banging dishes when clearing tables, very disrespectful and rude of him :-( on the contrary, other fellow staff members outshined the other :-)

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish and roomy. The swimming pool although it was small, it was very nice to relax and unwind after a day of meditation and relax those tired legs of walking. Breakfast included was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. We hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Just a 5 minute walk from the Bus Station and 3 minute walk to the Sanctuary.

The location is great, very close to town center and there are parking places nearby. The staff was always welcoming and professional (from the front desk to restaurant, housekeeping - smiling and happy to meet you), and helped us out with every request we made (from the first email to do the reservation until departure). The location is very central, the Shrine is within walking distance, so are shops, restaurants and other atrations are walkable. For sure a place to come back.
