Have stayed in this hotel and they are going downhill very quickly. 1) reserved two rooms for two nights. one was a standard room and the other was a one bedroom suite. confirmed the reservation a week before to confirm that the rooms would be next to each other. but at check in found out we were on different floors and the one bedroom suite was given to another party because "they booked a large block of rooms". after a couple of hours finally was given what I reserved. come to find out the person I made the reservation with was fired and the manager I confirmed with one week prior is also gone. was promised 15,000 Hilton points for the hassled but in the end was not given them 2) the parking garage is a mess. you are given a QR code to get in and out but it never worked and was reissued new cards several times. many other guests were also having the problem. was promised free parking because of having to go back and forth from garage but in the end they charged me. 3) both rooms were very dirty. the standard room had dirty tile floors and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. the one bedroom suite had nail clippings all over the carpet and the toilet had urine stains on seat and floor. asked front desk for help cleaning but housekeeping was gone for the day and they "forgot" to drop off some cleaning supplies. ended up going to the store to get cleaning supplies and cleaned room myself. did comp me one night stay. so, doubt I will stay there again.

Hotel was only 6 months old and it was a little hard to find as the area close by is still under development. However, with that being said it was a wonderful hotel and met our needs very well. Rooms (with a small kitchenette) were clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, above-average for a chain hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants. Very close to the Metro (perhaps a 5 minute walk). The only down side was parking was not free ($12 per day) and next door at a parking garage but very close to hotel, so this was not a problem for us and it seems almost everywhere in the DC area charges for parking. Would certainly stay again.
