Very wonderful place to stay. If I visit Perth again I will choose the place.

A nice place to stay @ CBD. CAT bus stop nearby. Walking distant to Perth Mint / Hop On Hop Off bus stop. Highly recomended for MALAYSIAN tourist.

Check in is in a Convenience Store !!!!! Not to mention wait time !!!!!. Fans in bathroom and wc need replacement urgently. Nice size apartment. No complaints about actual stay but the front desk staff deserve a -10/10

Check in is a joke !!! You have to go into a convenience store to check in and they use their phone camera to take proof of ID !!

Very noisy, can hear outside traffic as well as the people above (we were woken up every morning at 6am to a heard of elephants and machinery above us, really unpleasant!), in addition the bed was extremely uncomfortable (no duvet, it’s a itchy blanket). The only thing good was the size of the place and the kitchen however the inside of the oven was filthy with greasy tin foil left over. Internet wasn’t the best speed and kept dropping. Overall wouldn’t stay here again.

The apartment is close to the red cat bus stop so you could take it to the city. The room has a modern feel, nice and new. They have all the kitchen amenities, washing machine and dryer. The only thing is that there is only 1 toilet for 4-5pax living there. The shower and toilet are separated from each other thus it is quite difficult to go back and forth. In addition, it is not enough for 4 pax. I'm not sure I would stay here again if I am coming with my family.

Average, the stay worth the money

Comfortable stay. Out of order lift frustrating. Dishwasher kept throwing error codes and wouldn’t wash properly.

Dated, but good-sized apartment. We will surely be back.

I booked online. Soon after I booked, I called Alderney on Hay to clarify the room. As I needed twin beds for my friend and I. On my arrival there was a queen bed. I was told it was going to cost me another $25 dollars extra to split the bed into two. Or they could open up the 2nd bedroom for $30 extra per night. Three nights at a total of an extra $90 dollars. Checking with them about my phone call to clarify the twin beds. The lady state that my phone call was received about the twin beds, but the receptionist didn’t let the house staff know. With my long day of travel and the look on the housekeeper’s face, that she had more work to do at knock off time. I just said open the other room. Laying in bed that night thinking. No, this it not my mistake… And I shouldn’t have to pay extra. I when to reception to discuss the matter. I was told the 2nd bedroom was unlocked. Which is wasn’t and my daughter can clarify. The receptionist could fix the situation and she was going to get the manager to contact me. No contact made. Plus the several times I was at reception to fix the problem. The manager was on the phone or not there.

I always stay here, large apartments, good staff, has washing machine and dryer also all cooking facilities in apartment. Also has large balcony.

Not very clean and room condition is old, also have washing machine but no washing powder / detergent.

This service apartment is located in a very good location, just 1 min walk to CAT bus station, many convenient stores / nice place for lunch & dinner nearby. The apartment is spacious and clean, with a balcony overlooking the city is a plus, staff is nice and friendly overall. A little bit trouble when doing the check-in though ( We arrived on Sunday afternoon which reception already closed, need to go to convenient store inside the hotel to take the room keys.)

Asked for a late check in forgot to leave my key out the bed was broken when ud go to role over it would near flip and had now towels in my room .... tryed to charge me a extra $250 in the moring when I was checking out in case I stole some thing and said I would get it back in 3 working days and then asked for a extra $50 that i would not get back for the call at 10.30pm at night because they forgot to put my key out worst ever
