Very spacious room. Many eateries nearby and cbd is just 15 mins walk or free red cat bus to the city. Elizabeth quay is within walking distance with many good restaurants & pubs. Very good vibes especially during weekends. Love it x

This is my second stay at Pan Pacific Perth. Besides their location, I love the service there. Right from the time I enter the hotel till my check out, the staff ensure that things are taken care off. The hotel is also located near the bus stops of the free CAT buses.

The newly renovated room was nice, clean, and comfortable. There was no renovation noise observed and we had a peaceful rest. The breakfast costs AUD 28 per person per day if you add it on at the start of your stay, the breakfast variety was not the best but there was an egg station, pastries, some cooked dishes with Asian and Western selection, and two hot coffee machines.

The hotel is in a great location. Easy for the CBD and for the river. The staff at the hotel are fantastic. All of them, friendly and efficient. If we visit Perth again we would definitely use this hotel.

Terrible service: almost never picked up the Service One number, it just kept ringing out. Once when I got through I was told to “call again later if you can” Kettle in the room seems to be from the 90s despite the recent renovations. The mouth of the kettle was rusted completely. If I hadn’t looked closely and seen it I may have gotten very ill. Took me dialling service 3 times for a new kettle. Mould on the window seals. Problems w recent renovations no doubt.  Despite all that, the renovation is nice and rooms are decent size. The breakfast is average but the breakfast service is excellent.  Not sure I would stay again.

Hotel is very clean and bed is very comfortable. Excellent location near swan river. Can do evening stroll at the riverside to Cruise Center or Elizabeth Quay for your dinner. A good exercise after dinner too. Breakfast buffet spread is Good! Will stay here again when I visit Perth again.

Great looking room and most importantly clean. Can easily walk to shopping streets. Strongly recommend this hotel!

Great stay and affordable. In the middle if the city, very easy to get around. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location

Hotel was busy as it was Australia Day weekend.which resulted in food replenishment at the exec lounge buffet being slow. The room I stayed in didn’t have usb ports for recharging but the concierge helped by loaning me an adapter. Would return & stay again when visiting Perth.

As a 5-star hotel, it is incomprehensible that they do not provide combs and razors. The parking service provided by the hotel is actually $65 a night. When they helped to park the car, the employee actually smoked in the car. The next day, the car smelled bad. I complained to the manager, and the manager actually said that the employee's clothes smelled of cigarettes. I was speechless and would not recommend it.

It is an amazing and relaxing stay. Loved it. I love how close it is to Elizabeth Quay and the running track.

It was a very memorable trip and stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel.
