Location is good. Airport, Noida, CP are quite approachable. Hotel is good. Front desk staffs are very cooperative and well behaved, namely Akash Jain, Manish Nanda, Varun and others. Restaurant staffs namely Abhishek, Niharika, Zeeshan, & others are really very helpful in managing my diets plans. Chef is also good in his dishes. But the major point of concerns are two. 1st. House keeping which is not upto the mark. 2nd. Gym... Now the only treadmill is not working. Equipments are outdated. Only point of attraction are the Gym Trainers specially Satish and Shivpal. They are worth staying if you want a proper physical trainer, Guided Yoga and full body stretch. The MD Mr. Amrendre & GM Mr. Prayag are good hosts for the Guests.

I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE LAST STAY OF MINE IN IIDL SUITE So the reason is I am not give them 5 star rating because my last visit was not at all satisfying... Firstly my room's Ac was not working for that I have to call servals times to the reception... And they were saying we are sending house keeping/ electrician whosoever he was but even after 2 or 3 visits my problem didn't solved then again I made 1 or 2 call then my room got changed (though according to my experience in 5 stars after this much they normally upgrade rooms (I know it's subject to availability so it's skip this part that they didn't upgraded) but then their swimming pool was not cleaned even I asked this before Booking that is it ready but still even again after calling several times front desk was not updated some was saying that today the pool is closed or it will open by 5 or 6 or 6:30 n I got soo frustrated can't share then the spa/ massage facilities was not available for women...that is another distrubing factor... And talking about food that is not that much good means that's just okay not too much options for vegitarian so in the end i would like to add bus yahi thaa baki sab theek h😂🤐 N yaar atleast Facebook Instagram to update krlo graphics hi bana kar daal do koi bhi link kaam nahi kar Raha ek comment aya hua h usko hi reply kr do Vrna mujh hi rakh lo iss job ke liye 😂😂
