Room bedding was dirty. We needed to change it. Toilet had only towel there was no soap and other toiletry item kept in toilet. Refiling of tea coffee kit was not done on day two, we has to ask for that. Spoon was not kept with tea coffee kit. On order of tea they provided luke warm tea. Break fast all item was not hot, they didn't kept puri told we will provide hot but it took more than 15 minutes to serve. Very poor service. We didn't taken images

Food and stay was not good food and stay was not good they are not allow visitor to meet guest who stay in their hotel

Disgusting all. No room cleaning including rodents no bedsheets change, staff behavior room transfer again and again. Very cheap services

Infrastructure wise samrat international hotel is ok. However, the management is very tardy to say the least. It would do better if that part is taken care of soon.

I asked for housekeeping at 9. 30 in the morning. I called thrice and also requested for cleaning the room at the reception but the same was not done event till my check out. Rooms are small and cleanliness is also not upto the mark. Only plus point is the location

Ac is not working properly and at the washroom water is to warm for bath at summer season and tv also no working properly and the last once window out side not privacy any one can take videos or photos from windows and i also fear that this night i was not care window side and then in the morning looked window side i am fear that can any one gus can make videos or photos

Prime location, food, services and amenities are satisfactory, staffs are also polite. One thing is that bar tender don't pickup the intercom

Location was very convenient. Food was good. Amenities were not that good. The premises and room were not that clean. The bed sheet had liquid spilled and dried over it. The tv was not working. The safe in the cupboard was not working. The service was okay. Sometimes, i had to call twice for the same thing. Some services were good such as laundry. The staff was also good and polite and they genuinely did their best.
