This may be unwarranted high praise, but we were coming off a crappy Airbnb situation. This place was awesome. The staff were super helpful. A special shout out to Gisele who magically appeared when we had issues and made them disappear. At this point in our trip we were used to things going wrong and she handled my group perfectly with professionalism and kindness. It's a bit out of the way of all the city action, but overall would recommend.

When we encountered issues with our initial room, Marlienna went above and beyond to rectify the situation and ensure that we had a memorable and comfortable stay. "Disappointing Experience: False Advertising and Tiny Rooms" The room we were given bore no resemblance to the spacious, airy accommodations depicted on the official website. Instead, we were greeted with a cramped, suffocating space that felt like a far cry from what was advertised. Not only was the room tiny, but it also had just one window, further exacerbating the feeling of claustrophobia. It's clear that the hotel's marketing materials do not accurately represent the reality of the accommodations. Overall, I feel misled and deceived, and I would caution anyone considering staying there to manage their expectations accordingly. This establishment's false advertising practices are unacceptable, and I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and honest lodging experience.

Smashing place. Rooms comfortable but Breakfast was the highlight of the stay 🤟😘

The junior staff were amazing, senior staff were up themselves, location was great hotel was clean. The dining area was too small and for a 4 star hotel I would've expected my breakfast served, not help yourself style you would find at a travel lodge. In short over priced rooms no lesuire facilities and for 4 mojitos cost €50 I've had better value for money elsewhere. First and last time I will stay here!!!

すごく素敵ホテルでした。 本当のお城で、雰囲気も良かったです。 ただ、、バスタブ付きのお部屋はスイートのうちの2部屋しかないので、お風呂絶対に欲しいタイプの方はよく確認してからにした方が良いです。
