Perfect price for amazing room, very friendly staff, although the only disadvantage is everything being little old.

I went there in December, the Christmas decoration of the hotel is very beautiful, I like anywhere of the hotel, the staff attitude is very good, but I can not find slippers in the room, and the heater broke down after one night.

歐式風格設計，有個美麗的大花園，早餐也很豐盛，選擇超級超級多，美中不足的就是設施老舊，暖氣的噪音很大

就想問一下，高級房和標房有何區別？為什麼預訂的高級房，給我們的房間樓層差，房間差！還有小蟲，後面跟酒店溝通了才換的。一共預訂了兩間，一間高級房一間家庭間，最後住的房型是一樣的，關鍵家庭房2000多一晚，住的説是一樓，其實是-1，窗外就是餐廳，窗簾不能拉開，非常吵。衞生間的花灑是掛不起來的，壞的。也沒有咖啡機。衞生間排風扇壞的，打開不了，房門鎖是壞的，不能鎖門，後來是聯繫了前台來修。就想問攜程，為什麼我預訂的貴的房型給我的是如此差？差中之差！價格不同體驗就標房一樣，太差了！絕對差評！！！然後酒店也很爛，一家三口給兩枕頭，打電話想多要一個，跟我們説沒有多餘的枕頭了，太搞笑了。想要花2000多價格體驗0分的服務嗎？快找攜程來預訂吧

缺點： 1. 導航到地方酒店門口沒有任何標誌。 2.酒店前有噴泉的那條路都是石子，大行李箱衹能拎着走，非常非常不方便。 3.分到的酒店房間窗簾和牆上不知道為什麼有血，很臟。 優點：房間大且機場快線可直達。

酒店環境一流，前院後院都是花園式大草坪；愛爾蘭式早餐也非常贊；酒店服務有點不足，入住期間需要打印一份文件，房間內的服務電話一直無人接聽，前台問了商務中心位置，過去也是鎖着門

美麗的、城堡一樣的酒店，花園的打理非常好。房間設備會有些舊，但是很乾凈。早餐非常豐富，可以點茶或咖啡，他們員工手工製作的Latte三層次，用玻璃杯呈現的方式很漂亮。

第一天晚上住還不錯，酒店環境和意大利菜都很好。但是第二晚酒店有婚禮party，半夜一堆人都在唱歌跳舞，很吵。酒店沒有提供安靜的休息環境。
