Amazing place for business travelers. Nice spacious rooms and great service

Mooi design hotel ( executive room ) met prettige service. Kamer , badkamer zijn modern en sfeervol ingericht. Douche producten zijn van hoge kwaliteit evenals alle andere service. Ontbijt is in buffetvorm  . Dinner is buitengewoon goed. Aanrader om half pension te boeken. Een prettige bijkomstigheid is dat je gratis gebruik kunt maken van de twee naastgelegen hotels Westin  en Meridien. Allen direct aan het strand gelegen.

Fantastic hotel with great service! Location is okay. The only issue I had, was one of the toilet seats in my suite had a red stain which we seen after we checked in. We told them about it and they could not remove it. So we had to move to another suite. Other than the great hotel with 5 star service!

I’ve stayed at W Dubai – Mina Seyahi before and had a much better experience previously. While the hotel itself is stylish and the overall ambiance is great, this time the service fell short of expectations. There was a significant delay in luggage delivery, and the room phone wasn’t working, which made it difficult to communicate with staff. These issues impacted the convenience and comfort I usually expect here. I’ll think twice before booking again unless improvements are made.

Nice hotel

Unfortunately the hotel gave me a room facing the construction side, very noisy. But on my request I was moved to the other side. Room nicely decorated and good size. Pool, restaurant and DJ on 2nd floor top. During my stay, two times restaurant Attico and Ginger Moon were closed for a “private event”. Pool on ground level and beach with average service and old/cheap sunbeds. Reception and Front door staff very friendly and client oriented.

I stayed at W Dubai hotel in Mina Al Siyahi, and while the property and rooms are nice, the staff's behavior, particularly the manager Fabio, made my experience unpleasant. I had an important flight at 6 PM and requested a late check-out until at least 3 PM to prepare comfortably. Before the manager arrived, Jasper, a staff member, mentioned that a 2 PM check-out could be possible. However, when the manager, Fabio, got involved, he denied my request and only allowed a check-out until 1 PM. He claimed the suites were fully booked, yet I checked online and found suites in the same category available for the next day. Fabio's attitude was unprofessional—he was sarcastic and dismissive, with a tone that made it seem like he was mocking my concerns. It was clear that customer service and guest satisfaction were not priorities for him or the staff. While the hotel itself is well-maintained, the poor treatment from the staff, especially Fabio, overshadowed my stay. I will not be returning to this hotel as they clearly lack basic respect and appreciation for their guests.

I am so happy and thrilled to have a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel.

Close to the Marina famous for the night life and even a wonderful place to stay. Hotel offer any kind of service and also luxurious design. Service over the media even for 5 stars hotel. Beach, Swimming pool restaurants club SPA...everything u desire and plus a wonderful landscape. Expressly suggested for who looking for relax and enjoy the life. Breakfast top...and timeless...u can enjoy the breakfast up  to 1.am.., restaurant too. Room service perfect and ...simply perfect. Early check in and late check out ...SUPERBO
