Hatta is a very beautiful place with some very interesting things to do and see. The hotel was beautiful with lots of amenities and many activities! The staff were very helpful and the buffet was great. The hotel seems more oriented towards families but it does have an adults only area too.

This is an amazing resort and one night would not be enough for your stay here. Different activities, zoo, spa, deep swimming pool 2.3m, great restaurant for dining! Good prices. There are a lot to mention. We are in love!

On arrival there was a hand written card personally addressed to me by the GM, That was a super touch.. The property was just what I was looking for to take a quick break. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. It is highly recommended for families with small children as there is a lot activity to keep little ones busy. The food was good and priced very reasonably. Loved the place and definitely on my list for another visit. May be when the climate is cooler.

Great hotel for doggy friendly, staff amazing and their hospitality was excellent. Very dated rooms it needs a renovation but nonetheless they keep the rooms clean and tidy.

We didnt get to the hotel as our car broke down on Sat 23 Sept on the way there and now trip.com are refusing to give us our money back even tho the hotel have authorised it. Disgusting despicable behaviour. Therefore the poor rating is for trip.com not the hotel

環境優美，氣溫在中東地區來說算是非常舒服 酒店有很多項目可供遊玩 酒店房間，衛生情況，早餐和服務都非常滿意 但建議提早預訂，價格會便宜不少 而且盡量避免在夏季入住，有不少房型都無法預訂

所有野都好好，但如果可以提升及豐富小朋友的室內娛樂室玩嘅野， 將會更好。因為依家娛樂室嘅野好舊欠缺保養。

El mejor lugar en el que me he hospedado en mi vida! Desde que llegamos sentimos la hospitalidad, en la entrada nos recibieron con amabilidad, nos recogió un transporte hasta el lobby, allí nos ofrecieron toallas frías y jugo fresco, nos entregaron la habitación dos horas antes del tiempo previsto para check in 🤩 la habitación estaba limpia y bien aclimatada, disfrutamos mucho la estancia, un bufé muy amplio y sabroso y los restaurantes tenían menús muy completos, los precios son muy bajos en comparación con lo que ofrecen, hay muchas actividades dentro del hotel por si no te apetece salir de allí, hay atracciones fuera muy cerca y el hotel provee transporte muy económico al lago y a las demás atracciones, es muy fácil llegar desde la estación de autobuses y a la salida investigaron la hora del siguiente autobús a Dubái, faltaba una hora así que nos ofrecieron guardar el equipaje y quedarnos en el café hasta poder irnos, facilitaron el transporte gratuito hasta allá 🥰 gracias a todo el personal que fue tan amable y nos guiaron siempre, el mirador fue nuestro lugar favorito desde el que pudimos apreciar el mejor atardecer 🌅 gracias a los chicos de las atracciones de tiro y arco y flecha, nos orientaron e hicieron de esta experiencia una muy divertida también hicieron increíbles videos y fotos ahí para nosotros.

前台服務一般，13歲的小朋友還非要我們加床，不過環境是非常棒的，泳池也很不錯，作為哈塔小鎮結束後的休息酒店還是不錯的
