We booked the fountain view room in April 2025. Sadly the fountain was closed for renovation. Overall I'm very happy with the hotel. The highlight was the concierge staff, the gentlemen there were always polite and helpful. The location is great, easy walk to Dubai mall, or you can take the complimentary shuttle. The breakfast was very good too with a good selection of hot and cold food, and great coffee. The room was slightly on the older side but it was clean and very spacious. I wished the windows were cleaned so I could enjoy the view more and take better photos One feedback I would give is that I wished

Wonderful location just next to Dubai mall, the only thing is the dryer in the apartment doesn’t work really well!

Room is big & very comfortable. Great view to the fountain & Burj Kalifa.

Location is very good, close to Burj Khalifa. And rooms have kitchen like a home.
