I’ve been staying here for 2 weeks now as it’s close to my work and everything is great the staff are amazing the facilities are also very nice clean is 100% but above all a very family friendly place to stay all staff are lovely, polite and welcoming 10/10 for SUHA CREAKSIDE FOR LOOKING AFTER ME 🥰🥰🙏🙏🙏

I always stay at this hotel most of the time when I’min Dubai . The room is in great size with very comfortable bed . The staff is very friendly and it is 5 min walk from the metro station if you don’t have a car .

Convenient location of the Hotel-apartment, 10 minutes by taxi from the international airport. The staff is very polite and pleasant. Special thanks to the staff of Mr.Sib and Ms.Hope for their help in checking out of the hotel. There is also a swimming pool in the hotel, but unfortunately I did not have time to use it.

Nice big clean rooms with excellent facilities. HOWEVER, there's lots of noisy building work going on all around the hotel which starts at 7am daily (including Sunday) so expect to be woken up then. I was informed of this at check-in but I think that's too late as it should have been stated on websites/customers contacted to explain. I wouldn't stay here again as disturbed sleep is not worth it Good local cafe around the corner which did lovely Karak tea, had lots of food delivered from them.

The room is very big! There's kitchen, bathroom and garden in the room. The reception is very nice and helpful. I can full his passion.

The place was spacious and very clean, staff were super nice and friendly. Most things were a short uber ride away. However, there were limited food options in the area. There is a cafe next door but otherwise limited, you can order in food but if you're travelling from overseas and have issues with your phone service like I did, it can be inconvenient.

Fantastic Location and Service” Loved the apartment’s location—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The room was spotless, and the staff was always ready to help. A great choice!

Great hotel appartment with everything you could need. The staff is very polite and the room cleaning very efficient. There is a supermarket nearby. There is not much else in the area though and its sometimes difficult to get hold of a taxi so better have your own car. My only dissatisfaction was the absolutely abysmal wifi. I have been to a lot of countries and a lot of hotels and this is bar none the worst WiFi I have encountered.

it is one of the best hotel apartments experience that u could have, price/location/interior and facility is really wow, recommended for business and highly recommended for family trips

Located in an area which seems to be under development so not many restaurants around there. Can order food online but gave up as the qr code didn't seem to work. Most restaurants are 10 minutes walk away. Can walk from the monorail station but over a dirt track and along the road so not ideal if you have alot of luggage. Loved the view from the room out onto the creek. Was upgraded to a 1 bed room which was appreciated. Very comfortable room, 2 sofas, 2 TVs, 2 toilets. Nice pool, gym and steam room. Supermarket quite close by which was useful. Overall, good for 1 or 2 nights but at the moment, not alot around there to do and see.

Suha is really nice place. I like that the equipment inside the apartment is new. I like the customer service and the area is very accessible. There is also a nearby grocery store and a waterfront where you can exercise in the morning or take a walk.
