The entrance was not nice but the suites were clean and well equipped

Good place to see firework from burj khalifa. Nice location, roomy but swimming pool is quite small.

This hotel has a good restaurant, but it is located in an inconvenient area.

I HAD A VERY TERIIBLE EXPERIENCE DURING MY STAY AT THIS HOTEL WITH MY FAMILY FROM 11TH SEPTEMBER 2023 FOR 5 NIGHTS, THE ROOM SIZE WAS VERY SMALL. THERE WAS NO DRINKING WATER IN THE ROOM AND NO BATHROOM SLIPPERS , NO TOOTHBRUSH TOO. ONLY REQUESTING THESE BASIC AMENITIES WARE GIVEN. AT NIGHT THERE WAS LOUD NOICE OUT SIDE THE ROOM MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO GET THE PROPER SLEEP. WHEN I HAVE REQUEST ANOTHER ROOM THEY ASK ME TO PAY A NON RESONABLE AMOUNT. WE HAD CHOSEN THIS HOTEL AFTER SEEING THE REVIEWS WHICH WARE GOOD. BUT ME PERSONALLY HAD A POOR EXPERIENCE DURING MY FAMILY STAY. AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.

房間很大，配全套廚具，樓下有小超市，步行10分鐘內有大超市。附近飯店多，各種特色菜品。離杜拜塔步行40分鐘即達，樓頂有恆温游泳池，可以看到杜拜特和商業灣全景。樓上有健身房，設施可以。

服務很好，唯一缺點沿路比較吵

房間很大，就是位置有點差，交通要饒

套房很不錯。 樓下有水煙。 非常棒

I had a pleasant stay at Royal Continental Suites Hotel. The reception staffs were very helpful and attentive especially Nan and Abdelaal. The rooms were clean and nice. The view from Swimming pool from the rooftops is very beautiful. Will definitely coming again!!

This one of the best hotels ever visited in Dubai everything's organized and elegant near to Dubai mall and all attractions which you can visit in Dubai regardless that business bay is a very nice area feels like in Europe , staff are really kind and friendly especially at reception they are helping you with all your inquiries .. will come again very soon

I visited this hotel for my first time and I want to say that it's one of my favorite places ever visited , everything is organized ,staff in reception is friendly and really kind snd willing to help with all your inquiries , room is good but need to have a look to the furniture, near to Dubai mall and all attractions , inshallah will come again with all family
