many advantages, good internet, polite staff! comfortable bed and pillows, but there is a huge disadvantage, a club in the hotel that works almost all night, the music plays loudly, that it is impossible to sleep in the room!

Thank you to all the staff for their efforts. Everything was clean and the breakfast was good.

Convenient place close to the mall and very spacious,staff are friendly

The only two floors where you can sleep are the 5th and 6th. There's a nightclub on floor 1 that will make your bed shake. The pool was nice, though.

I requested to have a anniversary cake thru special request in my booking . But they cant provide it , saying pastry chef left already . It makes me unsatisfied. We chose to celebrate anniversary to your hotel but nothing prepared.

Overall is a good stay. Just one issue for the Bar on the other floor that may disturb your sleep. Good location and the staff are helpful.

The staffs are accommodating.. The room was clean. Complete amenities.

Club at level 1 super loud and you will not be able to sleep if your on the lower floor. Otherwise, all other service are acceptable.

Very good hotel with very good location ,i asked them for a king bed,they said no problem.once i reach at room i found to small bed attached together,once i tried to sleep,to bed going back different sides.and i slept middle of the two beds 😅😅🥹

Overbooking! We had to go to another hotel of this brand (next metro station)

Good location. Near to a metro station and the mall of the emirates. Staff were friendly.

It is a good hotrl but i don’t recommend it to people who have problems with sleeping because it is too noisy at night because of the clubs
