Royal Central Hotel the Palm anmeldelser

Firstly I would say the view is amazing however this is not a 5 star hotel. Although the dinner and breakfast are good. The rooms are very outdated and they're not 5 star style. We stayed half board which was convenient but this is very far from most places. The on-site parking is free and staff are lovely. I wouldn't stay again due to the location but our stay was nice but not 5 star.

The hotel is located on the right side of the palm. This hotel is Egyptian-themed, with a private beach and three restaurants; one is on the roof with a great view (see photos). The buffet is slightly overpriced at 200aed per person (drinks not included). We stayed in a double room with a small balcony. It was a basic-looking room for our price, but overall, you paid for the location.

Beautiful hotel with excellent Guests service from Front office Kavien, both Marium and also cafe staff and all the hotel staff always smile, polite and professional. Specifically we really appreciate that , when we enter to our room they have done a beautiful bed deco and a nice cake for anniversary celebration.it’s shows us how the guest important to their hotel. Excellent Service.Hotel rooms are very cleaned and amenities are quality. Thank you so much Royal Central hotel. Definitely we will come back again.

One Of The Best Hotels In Dubai

The hotel was located on the east side of The Palm. This location is great if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday by the beach and want to stay at the hotel for food and drinks. If you want to go downtown and explore the Dubai city, it wouldn’t be the best choice as it can take up to 2 hours to get off the palm during peak hours. The hotel services were great and the staff very friendly.

Our experience was overall extremely enjoyable. On arrival we were met with enthusiasm from a tall gentleman dressed in Egyptian clothing, keeping to the theme of the hotel. The staff checking in were lovely and couldn't do enough to help with a positive can do approach to any requests. We were checked in immediately and directed to the stunning golden and white pod lifts. It was my birthday whilst we stayed and we would like to say a special thank you to the staff who decorated our room, he was superb, it added to the experience and made it feel extra special. The standard restaurant had a good selection of foods which varied each day, although the desserts leave a little to be desired in terms of taste - although they look great. The royal grill steakhouse was excellent, we ordered sirloin steak (which the chef refused to serve as the quality of the meat they had received from the supplier was not of his standard and he did not want to serve it to guests - this was exemplary). We had tenderloin instead and it did not disappoint, incredible! The spa and salon are somewhat expensive, the service was top class from the salon.The gym is small, It's clean and quiet with towels and cold water provided. Best to go early morning or late at night when the room is cooler - unless your goal is weight loss because you'll sweat buckets! The rooftop bar on floor 9 was enjoyable. The WiFi was good and didn't disconnect once! The pool area is probably the best part of the hotel and really enjoyable with a warm pool, with a very short walk down to the sea. There aren't many pool sunbeds and they're taken by the early birds every day. It would probably be beneficial to implement some sort of 2hour no return policy as it's a little annoying to see a sunbed unused for a full day when someone has put their towel on it and doesn't use it. At all. The bar is expensive, around £30-40 for a bucket of 5 beers but it's to be expected in Dubai. For the price we paid, considerably less than some of the other options on the palm, we were not disappointed and would recommend this hotel to friends for the price point. Emplacement parfait Calme , l’équipe au petit soin p’tit dej très bon et varié Restaurant très bon Nous avons bcp aimer ce petit séjour court mais idéal pour des personnes qui recherche du calme . Repos tranquilite Nous avons séjourné 4 jours pour finir en Malaisie Très bon rapport qualité prix je recommande

我們凌晨一點才入住，中午12點就來找我們收續房的費用，一直打電話到房間，我不懂英文，所以我找了攜程客服和他們溝通，酒店居然説要客人自己溝通，我要是會英文，還要找別人嗎？真是**酒店，服務和態度極差。
