Everything were smooth except the wifi. I stayed there 3 days. The wifi connection were a messssssssssssssss

The Hotel Management is just a **** I don't even check in and did receive my payment back even though did reschedule for me that is so same as well as I will never use Trip.com did have proper communication I put the date and when I confirmed the booking it automatically changed and when I see the booking date was wrong I try to contact both hotels and Trip.com but the response is so shocking.

I couldn't get a refund for my reservation knowing that I informed the hotel before because the have free cancellation I was very disappointed I lost money they lost a customer I will never book in this hotel again.

Very nice hotel. Staff members are kind and helpful. The location is perfect. All in all , it is awesome.

Fantastic Experience staying here for one night. Traveling from the US I was provided an international plug adapter by reception so I could charge my phone. There were plenty of amenities available and not crowded whatsoever. Moreso, I felt especially safe with security at the door of the hotel and their willingness to help me with baggage, hailing taxis, and organizing my stay in Doha. If I find myself in Qatar again I will definitely be staying here.
