Just not very good. I understand it’s slow design but why have signs for massage and spa everywhere if none? No hot water. Best was like warm. Hand held only. Sandy brown water if you fill up tub. Low pressure. Found things dirty. Even sunflower seeds in the chair. No wifi inrooms as stated. But wifi in lobby is quite good. But no wifi in rooms? Crazy. Just not a good experience overall.

Positive points: the location of the hotel in the of touristic zone close to shops, discos, restaurants and all amenities. In addition to the friendly staff who tried their best to make the hosts happy. Negative points: check in is very slowly it took for me over two hours even I got my reservation paid online and confirmed, they told me that they received nothing concerning my reservation and they said no rooms are available. It is clearly noticeable the segregation among customers in choosing blocks and rooms.

Nice staff Recommend it for every tourist And to be honest a big thank for the animation team Big thank for the boss animation mimita And specially Leo whos was smiling everyday and funny for real we love this hotel in hope we go back to find the same team

I was there between 22-25 Oct …It has been recommended to me by a travel agency but it was my terrible experience in djerba .. only the house keeping staff are kind rather than that none of the staff knows about hospitality starting from the rude security guy in the gate up to the terrible restaurant staff never the less the reception staff. Food quality is terrible .. I was forced to visit restaurants instead ( even it was paid). Rooms are ok somehow but once you take a shower water will flood out of the shower box. I am wondering who awarded 4 starts to this facility ? !!!

My gifts other than the hotel were enjoyable. I enjoyed a lot. The rooms are new, well-organized and clean and have all the requirements. A 54-inch TV with internet. The food is in the best quality and the staff are nice. The bar has everything needed to drink cannicot. I became my friends and I enjoyed my time with them a lot. ( djo, bibo,alex,chacha,macha,brono)And on top of them chef Mimita 😘.It was a very enjoyable holiday and I recommend it to you, thank you (JOYA PARADIS)🥰

It was my first time in this hotel Everything is so good Staff are wonderful and friendly The restaurant and the service are so perfect Room Staff they did a great job Our room always clean and smells good Big thanks to the animation team start with the cheif "Mimita", the animators Dino, Bruno, Alex, Bibo, Djo, chacha, Macha They work so hard to make the residents here happy and comfortable with the activities and the shows every night Hope i can come back soon as possible Big love to hotel Joya Paradise.

Nice hotel nice animation team nice food also pool are good and rooms clean also the workers are gentle biggg thnx to all workers i really enjoyed my holiday im thinking to back again in the next year because it deserve that really good hotel i recommend for it

Worst experience ever! The hotel doesn't even deserve one star we arrived at 15:30 to find out we had no rooms ( we booked and paid one week before and check in was supposed to be at 13h ). Rooms were so dirty and the "responsible" was irresponsible, rude and a liar. Hair was everywhere on the floor and "white" covers were literally yellow with black marks all over them. We spent like one hour there and it was the most disgusting and frustrating experience ever.
