Beautiful hotel, great services, delicious and respectable food, great quality, beautiful rooms overlooking the pool and garden, close to the sea, a very comfortable place and I recommend it to everyone. All the customers who work here work hard and this is good and I hope to return next holiday to this beautiful hotel

It is a very beautiful hotel with great services and the animators who work in the hotel also work hard and are always on time. All the customers, the people of the hotel city, respect the customers very much, and everything is present and available, and I am thinking of visiting the hotel again.

Pleasant hotel with very nice animations. Our stay was quite short because we moved from another hotel (Lella Mariam) and here we could enjoy our holidays and rest in a nice standard. Our girls were delighted with the animations! Greetings to Alfa!

The best thing about this hotel is an animation team! The hotel itself is not as good as you can expect but the animation team made me feel extremely happy and I was having so much fun. They teach us a lot of dances that I really enjoyed. Also they had a good show at the night. Everybody was respectful and very nice to me. I went there by myself so I was a little worried about being alone but they made me feel welcome. Special thanks to the Leo and Bubu, they are the best in Djerba ❤️🔥

Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Es ist ein kleines Hotel, doch die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und bei Problemen kann man sich immer an den Hotelchef oder das Personal wenden. Wenn man einen Luxusurlaub möchte, muss man ein größeres und teureres Hotel buchen, doch wir hatten alles was wir uns gewünscht hatten. Gutes Essen, einen schönen Pool, wunderschönes türkies blaues Meer (An manchen Tagen war das Meer sehr stürmisch und dann wurden viele Algen angespült), schöne Ausflüge und viel Entspannung. Wir hatten ein gutes Zimmer und haben stets neue Handtücher erhalten. Am Strand und auf der ganzen Insel liegt sehr viel Müll herum, was jedoch auch vom Hotel beseitigt wurde. Wir haben bei Karim im Hotel mehrere Aktivitäten gebucht (Kutschfahrt durch das Umland und zu einer Lagune, Buggyfahren im Sonnenuntergang und Kamelreiten zur Lagune sowie am Strand am Abend endlang) und sind begeistert, von der Freundlichkeit und auch den Ausflügen. Natürlich war uns bewusst dass wir in einem südländischen Land unterwegs sind und dort Termine etws flexibler sind und alles etwas anders als in Deutschland abläuft. Doch es waren super schöne Ausflüge und tolle Erinnerungen, die ich nicht missen möchte. Die meisten Leute sprechen Französisch, doch viele sprechen Deutsch (Im Hotel sprechen fast alle Angestellten, bis auf die Reinigungskräfte deutsch) und sind stets bemüht. Natürlich wollen die Leute auf der Insel ihre Waren verkaufen, doch sie akzeptieren ein nein schnell und sind weiterhin freundlich, wenn man es auch bleibt.

Super wakacje w hotelu Zenon hotel. Animacje na najwyższym poziomie, serdecznie pozdrawiamy cała grupę animatorów a w szczególności Alfę - we love you so much ❤️ pokoje duże, czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne. Basen mały ale czysty. Gorąco polecam!!!
