It was great stay with family. Staff was very cooperative and very nice. Just a technical problem in digital room lock. Hope it will be sorted soon by owner and team.

This is good hotel but not excellent, this is located on very crowded place, he provide breakfast in room. Room size was good with good seating sofa. Bad thing he did not provide me room tax invoice after checkout. As i m business travelers, but he did not understand.

This property located at the heart of the city near clock tower. Service and other services are awesome in term of satisfaction. I recommend this propertt for calm stay in dehradun.

A very average hotel. We stayed at 203 premium room. Interior was ok but no view from the balcony. No windows. Bathroom was cleaned but shower panel was too short, so after a shower u have to be very careful because the bathroom floors are totally slippery. And the main part : a continuous water leakage from an indoor panel and water everywhere in the room. An attendant tried to solve the problem, but after a few hours at night again the same. Another horrible thing: the attendant collected ( bell) our food plates at around 11:30 pm from our room while we were sleeping. Good parts: the location is great. Just the heart of the city. Clock tower / paltan bazer is just 5 min walking. The food was tasty. Price reasonable. The staff's behaviour was good.

Pathetic behaviour by the manager and management will never recommend this hotel the manager behaviour is extremely rude. The manager does not know to treat the guest and behaviour is rude I recommend the hotel management to change the manager.

My stay was quite joyous and comfortable. The hotel food and services quality was quite appreciable. I will look forward for another stay in this property in future.

Hotel rooms are ok for this price . I booked via yatra . But the issue is with room invoices . The hotel declined to give GST invoice and also clarified that since yatra takes huge commissions so they will give invoice only for the amount which they will be getting from yatra . This is bad in case of business travellers.
