Service was poor that you have to remind them for any work. On the bed we have found needle which once when that started hurting us. Poor service.

Our stay was not worth the money as we experienced a few issues there which included the following- 1. There was a foul smell in the room. 2. Improper toiletries. 3. Unable to close the window.

Everything is good, neet& clean rooms, many restaurants under 100mtr, walking distance from railway station & mussoorie bus stand and most importantly staff is very cooperative

Came to know about this hotel in mm t app it is not a good hotel l. The blanket have stains the beedsheet has also. But room was nice and staff was also nice but bedsheet and blanket have stains and hair very bad cleaning

A good nice and clean room, bit small for a family but ok for a single person. Hot water is available between 6am-11am, which i think is a drawback for someone who is checking in after 12:00pm. Rest all was ok

The advantage of this hotel is its closeness to the railway station. The staff are courteous, prompt in attending to problems and try their best to make your stay comfortable. There are also good eating places nearby.

Don't know why it was mm t assured though, it's an average hotel, you'll experience a decent stay. Nothing fancy just a budget hotel. If you are travel-ling and willing to stay here for a night or so, it can be your go to place i guess. Still, i don't know why mm t assured. Done.
