Far from everything on the island. Limited choice of breakfast.

Initially we were given the wrong (standard) room, even though we had purchased a larger and more expensive room. When we asked for an explanation, they said they had no room available (there were only a handful of people in the hotel). We had to settle for something in between. The island itself is a ghost island, all the parks were closed, and only on Shipping Street was there something going on. Too bad, awesome big buildings, but nothing was happening. We left the island a day early.

Xiao Liu and Xiao Wen, The front desk receptionists are very professional friendly. They both Provided excellent services. The hotel is located in a quiet, beautiful Haihua island. I will definitely go back to stay next time.

Surrounded by lush greenery and tropical gardens, this eco-friendly resort is perfect for nature lovers. The well-maintained grounds are home to a variety of indigenous flora and fauna, while the spacious rooms feature natural materials and eco-conscious amenities. The resort's commitment to sustainability is evident throughout the property. Thanks to the manager at the reception named Asa, he helped us with many questions about the island, he speaks English very well. This is a valuable employee of this hotel.

酒店外觀像城堡，一到酒店前台工作人員熱情接待，辦理入住快。房間採光明亮通風好，設施配備齊全，衞生間乾濕分離，床單被套很乾凈！酒店還有電瓶車接送島內園區來回很便捷！酒店工作人員見面都會熱情打招呼，很温暖！一樓前台旁邊還有自助洗衣房，洗衣機配備挺多台的，不用排隊，二樓還有娛樂區，健身房、打球、打麻將，下雨天不出門都能在酒店玩的很開心！對比海花島的酒店性價比很高！這次體驗感很好下次再帶家人來玩！

房間出乎意外的好，本來衹打算作為環島遊的一箇中轉站酒店，但是體驗超出預期，本來挺猶豫定不定海花島另外一家的，但金立要新，房間要大一些。而且服務熱情很周到，無論是前台小妹妹還是餐廳經理，碰到的工作人員都熱情。性價比真的很高，長者小孩住的都很舒服。最開心一點是看燈光秀的位置不遠

步行幾分鐘就能到沙灘和商業街，吃喝玩樂超方便，晚上還能看燈光秀，超讚！ 我們住的房 視野超棒，早上被陽光和海風喚醒的感覺太治癒了！房間設施很新，床品柔軟，衞生也做得很好。 前台小姐姐態度超好，入住時還貼心介紹了島上的遊玩攻略。客房響應速度也快，需要枕頭和礦泉水時，很快就送來了。

酒店前台小煜很熱情，服務非常好，環境很漂亮，房間裏面非常乾淨衞生間乾濕分離，1樓還有免費的自助洗衣房。

酒店在海花島一號島上。停車方便。大堂氣派。房間衞生整潔。從房間能看到大海。四月處於淡季，住宿客人不多。早餐品種不多但還合口。不足之處，1031房間的桌台偏斜了，已向前台反映。

小謝跟酒店工作人員服務都不錯，辦理入住速度很快，從房間裏面看窗外景色也不錯，大堂有一個小海頓拍照超讚的。

一般很少給點評，但這真的很驚喜，不僅送環島遊，燈光秀票還送旅拍，網絡客人居然是VIP專區用餐，早中晚餐都有，完全做到了足不出島，可惜是來出差的沒機會玩，下次一定帶孩子和家人來好好玩玩兒
