We enjoyed our stay here. It was in the quiet part of the old town and close to the road where you could get a taxi out. Very convenient. Service was also great and the staff helped us out with some challenges we had with the Chinese online booking systems eg for train tickets. The soundproofing didn’t bother us so much as it was low season so not a lot of noise. The only tiny thing was that there were ants in the room so you couldn’t leave food lying around and had to be careful where you left your belongings.
