Clean, great service with good location. The highest hotel in Coventry and also the most cost-effective hotel！

Service excellent from start to finish, staff very helpful and happy to go above a beyond. Room clean welcoming, breakfast outstanding. Exceeded my expectations and will definitely stay there again, a real credit to Ramada.

A really good hotel which only fails to score higher for the following reasons. The optional breakfast on the first morning of my stay was so good, and value for money, I booked for the following two mornings of my stay. Day two, again excellent quality of food and service. Day three was a complete disappointment. The cooked food was greasy and well passed it's best from the heated buffet. Service from the staff was slow, tea was only luke warm. If this had of been day one, I certainly wouldn't have booked again. The room was equipped with everything I needed, tea and coffee, iron and board, additional fan and heating. I felt the 40 inch TV was too large for the size of the room and it was placed on the dressing table which took up about 50% of the area. The TV gad been "adapted" to the usual "Hotel Mode" settings and had very limited "free" channels to view if compared to the standard terrestrial channels in the UK. An online system was used to provide the available media and showed poor latency on several occasions. A major negative being the system had no menu option to select the available stations. Also, the room was not serviced during my three night stay. Not a big issue, but fresh toweling would have scored better. This hotel could easily score better.

For such a price I expected a better quality service, they even charge for parking while staying in their hotel, no face towels, buffet breakfast but the coffee or tea is served separately and gets cold before hitting your cup. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in the UK 🇬🇧.

The hotel Location 8 minutes walk from the Railway Station and I love the shower z problem is there is no water also fridge in the room

I went there after an event and when i checked in late they didnt have the room i booked for and straight away they upgraded my booking to an en suite.

I recently stayed at here, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The service stood out the most – the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and eager to help. From check-in to check-out, I felt well taken care of, and they were quick to respond to any requests. The facilities were modern and well-maintained. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel also had excellent recreational options, including a well-equipped gym and a relaxing pool area. I particularly enjoyed the lounge space, which was comfortable and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Nice Staff, a clean and safe place to stay and a lot of food are close to the hotel.

Have stayed here a few times in a double room. Although a little dated in design, the rooms are a good size, very clean with good facilities. The toiletries are also of a good quality and include hair conditioner and body lotion which many hotels don't provide. Breakfast is very good and reception staff at check-in/check-out has always been polite and friendly. Car park a good price at £6.50 per day.

The Ramada by Wyndham Coventry isn't what I expected it to be and perhaps this is reflected on the pricing. The location is completely out of the way especially in comparison to other hotels, the building is old and dated and part of the car park is permanently flooded, there are no windows you can open for fresh air and the building clearly hasn't been refurbished since it was built. The corridors are extremely small and the walls so thin that I could literally hear the conversations from the room next door. I didn't particularly enjoy the stay here and the location felt unsafe especially late at night. If you're travelling alone, I wouldn't recommend staying here unfortunately. The plus side, there's loads of restaurants across the road plus a mini supermarket and a pub a few minutes walk from the hotel.

I have to say I didn’t feel was a 4 stars hotel. We were at the second floor the window just watch at a multi floor car park so the room has no light at all. In the toilet seat we found yellow drops I guess was urine and a ***** hair. Breakfast was very good but I waited 10 minutes for a coffee. Best thing were the staff at the reception very warm and kind.
